How fat are we talking

113kgs at 178cms.
I can do like 5 tops (per set), and I feel like I'm not doing enough with that form. Is there any accessory work that can be used for the same muscle group?

decline bench or just do dips on parallel bars were you can touch the floor with your feet to make it easier

Negative dips

Fasting for a week

The accessory that would help you the most would be shedding some weight desu. You could also do negatives/use assisted dip machine/use bands on regular dips. Also nice to see the kot I made out in the wild

what you owe, you dumdum cat

Nigga you are doing 5 dips a set at 113kg. Just imagine you are a normal guy with 20kg weighted dip.

Have another one

Assisted dips or chair dips. Dips are to failure so do the best you can do.

Might not be the best idea for his joints if he's highly overweight

Is that a fucking joke. Cats are fucking carnivores, a vegan diet would kill it. What the fuck is wrong with these retards

Attached: 1562453900182.png (719x713, 486K)

Fuck the assisted dips though, legs being in stable postion on the pad make the whole form feel just wrong.

Im 225 and do 3 sets of 10 on 5 months of lifting. The chair dips are good for first time dips and build even some tri muscle

Holy shit. A vegan kot food? That's retarded

OP here, I actually have a shoulder tendonitis that is healing slowly, which is also part of why I wanted an alternative. That being said, it doesnt seem to stress it much as long as I don't go too deep, but I might be just doing half a dip (hence my question for an alternative).

Sure as long as you're safe. It's not too difficult to injure yourself on dips even if you don't weight much at all
Give it time to heal first and foremost. In my experience pbar dips used to irritate my shoulders quite a lot (quite wide fixed bars) since I switched to ring dips I feel much better. Might not be a feasible path for you since you're overweight doe

>nobody proposes bench dips
I never really did them myself because started doing the regular ones but wouldn't they be a great alternative for OP?

True, ive just had good experience with chair dips when i first started. Keep your feet pretty close and learn your limits and form.
Probably packed with pea protein which has is being tested on whether or not its linked to a Heart Disease in pets. But then again the people doing the study might be paid by big pet food who load there food with corn as a filler. Fuck pedigree

You mean the ones where your hands are behind your back on a bench/raised surface? I've always felt they very pretty weird

I've recently started making my own tzatziki. Easy to make, healthy, and cheap. Goes great with celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.
