11lbs in 3 weeks, that’s just over 1800 calories deficit every day. Not healthy by any means. I wouldn’t recommend anything over 1000 deficit and eve that’s pushing it for most people who’re not obese.

omad is probably most painless method, just eat all your food inside of one hour each day. first week you will lose the most, like 5lbs, then each week around 2lbs a week of fat. any more will be water weight which will return if you stop doing omad/any type of fasting.
