It hurts my back ...
yo, that back looks fucked
>sets up perfect form
>immediately fucks it up and rolls out his back
OUCH
Why can we lift more weight with worse form on the DL?
>Perfect form
Bro, the bar ain't even touching his shins when he squats down. Absolute shite, properly shite, mate. It's fucked.
Because the muscles responsible for keeping your back erect are smaller than the other muscles used in the lift.
>you see the key is to take the legs right out of the equation. You lift with your back. And as you come up make a jerking, twisting motion.
Take a look of this retard. How are your noob gains going user?
>Being this stupid.
>perfect form
I understand what you mean, his back was acceptably straight but his hips are way too low and his shoulders aren't over the bar. Definitely not perfect form. There is no way he can do heavy deadlifts like that, which explains why his form instantly goes to shit when he pulls on the weight.
The worst thing here is the mixed grip with straps. What the fuck is the point?
I'd punch these basedboys if they did it to me
>That little fist bump at the end
But muh grip
>straps better grip
>mixed grip better grip
>hook grip better grip
Why would you not combine all three for your ultimate heavy deadlifts?
So. Y boy
He's using chalk too. Dont forget about that
Obviously, you don't build a swole physique like this without at least 3 scoops of chalk per day.
Wtf is happening here?
>deadlifting like 150 kg on the livingroom carpet
homeowners HATE him!
>execution of louis XVI (dramatization)
suicide for reps
its just his friends having a laugh you autistic retard
Pls share name of sumo deadlifter. He's hot
based
when will lanklets learn?
Also when you jerk the bar you are using momentum of your body to help get the bar moving and not actually moving it due to muscle activation. When you use your upper body as a counter-weight to get the bar into the final position you're not actually lifting that much weight.
It's like jacking off to anime girls and then bragging to your friends about getting laid. You didn't actually get laid.
ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY WORM
>ALL HAIL
>keep curving wormchad
5x5 hang yourselfs
he asked for advice, Jow Forums told him to hang himself.
I actually chalk up with straps, is this wrong?
No that's fine, dry hands will lead to less callus formation as far as I know. It's just straps and mixed grip that's retarded and the rest is just having a laugh at his expense.
>he goes for the second rep
Have friends
>No audio
Something is off but i can't tell what
he has a bitch scream
youtube.com
how do people do this without hurting themselves? if i did this HALF of ONE TIME i would literally snap myself in half and be permanently crippled.
they're lucky
holy shit thats painful to watch
>perfect form
Spotted the DYEL.
good try though, 7 plates
Can i get a form check? this was a while ago
1. retarded bar path
2. hips rise too early
How to improve bar path?
SS+GOAD
im a lanklet and can bent over row 400 lbs
It has to do with your hips rising too early. Wait until the bar is at your knees before you engage you hips and your follow through will be improved
So as said
but 1 will be fixed by fixing point 2, you need to drop the weight lower and unlearn yourself the tendency to first lock out your hips and then straighthen your back both of these things should be done in 1 motion not 2.
yeah what this user said think about it as doing only a movement, instead of rising the hips and then lockout try to do it smoother
no lats at all
bard of gains buffing entire gym
it's so unfair
people deadlifting with a shit of weight with horrid form and never getting any pain from it because of genes, meanwhile dudes lift with perfect form and end up with crippling pain and sciatica
i don't want to lift on this planet any more
its not ur fault its your parents fault
>has never heard of rounded-back deadlifts to PR
>2. hips rise too early
I'm not sure I agree here. His hips are way too low to begin with. The plates don't move at all until his hips are higher, he needs to position his hips where they are when the bar leaves the ground.
