Form is important. You will waste time if you lift wrong since you won't be using the right muscles. Go slow and use the mirror to check form before lifting. Look up form before going.

Pirate whatever the last book he published. The base program is great but there are also a lot of variations you can run after doing it for a bit like size or strength variants.
