Replace cable rows with 3x5 weighted pull-ups, replace chin-ups with 3x5 weighted dips. Take out curls and the SS bullshit at the end and replace with ab work.

for noobs such a program should only be followed for a few months anyway
i'd recommend spreading it across 4 days
