Inspiring people to cut sugar/carbs and believe in themselves

I've been doing the keto diet for about a year.
before i just did fasting and intermitten fastings. and some gym.
Now only with keto and some push ups i can keep my body in shape and healthy.
I've never used proteins, steroids nor any substance. also, I don't eat a lot of protein rich food.

I do visualize being fit and flex in the mirror while imagining. maybe i'm doing some placebo effect on myself.
This is just to tell you that gym, proteins and roids are not the only way. you can be fit without any of these things.

Isn't the idea that the keto diet specifically speeds the process of losing fat by forcing the body to draw on fat reserves, rather than carbs specifically making a person fatter?

I can never work out hard enough to burn all the calories from carbs and end up gaining weight. But I'm considering incorporating more carbs into my diet as a test to see if I'll bloatmax immediately or not
