Natty bodybuilding is largely judged on leanness, so it depends whether or not you can get lean enough for striated glutes. If your back and legs match your front, you have a great base for a natural.

Full body workout calisthenics 3x a week, pushups + pullups + squats every session. I add 1 or 2 ab exercises each time as well and on offdays I sometimes do a bit of serratus/glutes isolation. Or I train a musclegroup I felt like I didn't train properly on my real sessions.
Also I ride my longboard every day when the sun's out, guess that counts as legs or something I dunnu.
