I know this is fake because Based Jeff would never recommend full sit-ups.

It's fine for measuring purposes.

Not really. It's not a useful indication of core strength because it's a hip flexor dominant movement.

>100 chin ups
>100 push ups

Who the fuck wrote this routine, it sure as hell wasn't Jeff.

I'm pretty sure that there no chin ups in OP's picture
You are an autismo.

>imagine being this autistic

>inverted pull ups
That's what I assumed made them chin ups, because the only thing to invert in a pull up is your forearms. Unless you're doing them upside down or something.

Things like this are such a meme
Even with an active ref, you probably wouldnt catch all the cheat reps going on
Whata even the point

>inverted pull ups
>invert pulling yourself up
Handstand pushups then?

Had to google it myself.

Man I saw someone doing that in the smith machine a few months back. I thought he looked like such a fucking retard. Woosh.

I just tried this for the first time and I managed to get it done under 18 minutes.
It was a really intense workout, I'm sweating like crazy.

Good job user!

22 minutes the first time
18 the 2nd
Fuck that shit, I felt that I was dying

Yeah, same man, it's real hard

>16 minutes
Based and redpilled

Mine is 14:23

That's real fast

Yeah ikr

Instead of locking your feet under something, flex your knees to grab on to something with your heels
Are there some specifications anywhere? Because the higher you put the bar on inverted rows, the easier they are

You should put it in the height of your hips or below.

How do you do this if youre a gigantic human

This setup looks made for manlets and whamens
