here, these are from non work days when I generally munch all day, I was recently eating about 3,200 Cal/Day but I just recently started a recomp diet at more like 2,000. Anyway I would probably eat about 6 of these pseudo-meals in a day when I was eating more

I eat according to athelenX plate prep. My fiberous foods are usually blue berries, my starchy carbs are rice, and my protein is beef or chicken.

Epic venison bar, protein bar, cup of organic applesauce, and a small handful of almonds. 14 almonds. Depresses me about how every time I eat some kind of nut that I have to count the things out instead of just grabbing a handful. But I don’t want to be a fatty, so...
