For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

OHP is my favorite lift. I'm pretty weak with an 115 lb 1 rm estimate (my 5x5 for it is 85 lb) though. My only fitness goal is to recreate the runescape 99 strength emote - a natty 2 plate jerk into OHP. I work out everything, but that's the one thing I really want to do.

My secret is that I usually weigh around 235-240lbs.

What helped me is volume like fuck and dumbell press also. And dips.

after your 3x5 working set or whatever cut the weigh to about 60% then do 5x10. Then next week do 3x10 and heavy dumbells for like 5, maybe some big singles. And weighted dips on bench days 5x5.

I did it solely to keep the promise I made to mai waifu, which was to bench 4pl8s before July.
Though if you've been following my blogposts you'd know I already achieved that in April.

I spent a year pretty much exclusively training barbell bench and got good at it.
Now I'm trying to use what I learned from that year and apply it to my The Press™ max.

I weighed in around 240lbs when I benched 415lbs.
It's a x1.73 bodyweight lift but that's not necessarily in 'roid range'.

I also never bench with a spotter.
Use the fear of failure to push you through.

Deadlifts are easy to master. Proper form makes the lift easier to do, so you naturally gravitate towards doing them correctly.

The proper form for OHP is the exact opposite of the easiest way to do them. Doing heavy triples or singles on overhead presses is a battle between The Press and The Olympic Press, with the latter usually winning.
