OHP 8x5
Dumbbell standing OHP: 6-8x8-10
Facepulls 9x15
Split it up however you like, additional anterior delt volume will come from benching, dips, cable crossovers etc, adjust number of dumbbell OHP hypertrophy sets so total volume is between minimum effective and maximum recoverable volume. Additional posterior delt volume will come from your weighted pull ups, rows etc. Medial delts get worked on the dedicated overhead pressing exercises, if lagging add lateral raises 6x8-10 per week, more if necessary and within your ability to recover

the point is, if you want the 3d shoulders side delts are legit 80% of it. Also, because they're such a small muscle, you can train them almost every single day. Trust me, i've seen guys at my gym OHP 185 for reps with mediocre and average delts because they don't train the lateral head
