Low cut converse. Any other answer is an overpriced meme.

Is there any particular place to get good quality converse? Mine always fall apart within a year. I know that they manufacture from China just like 90% of companies so the quality is going to be innately shit but I see other people with longer lasting shoes.
barefoot
Jim shoo bread
Any difference between high and low tops? I have hightops now, lifting in them has always felt great

adipowers n low top converse
Any recommendations for people with wide-ass feet?
No. Converse is shit, as you have already noticed.
I got these bad boys last year. I was skeptical at first, but they really do help a lot with squatting.
More ankle mobility I guess
that 1st version of nike romaleos was wide and comfy af, try to get a hold of a pair (they're still online)
these. i use them for all of the big four.
For deadlifts I use pic related.
Left for lifting, right for running
For squats I use pic related.
I don't use them for deadlifts. I feel like the heels make me lean a bit forward.
Anyone here got StrengthShop shoes? I've been eyeballing the Coyote for the higher heel.
Currently lift in Adidas PowerPerfect 3, but I got 'em half a size too small and didn't return them like some sort of retard.
For almost everything else I use these.
These motherfuckers are so damn comfortable
yeah i had to deload and work back up but i'm used to it now.
These for leg days.
>Pic related
For all other days.
Just read up on raised heels for OHP. Will give this a try tonight. Thanks user.
Vans for literally everything crew
I can't wear hightops, I'm still healing from 5 years of Achilles Tendentious
No injury takes 5 years to heal, bro. Are you sure you're just not doing proper exercises to stretch the tendons again? Talk to your physiotherapist.
I was doing the exercises daily and doing everything I was told to do by multiple doctors and it just wouldn't heal.
Funny enough, I was told NOT to put weight on it , and now that I'm back in the gym its healing. Been hitting it with the calve raise machine to get that stretch and build up strength.
I broke my foot (extremely ugly) during winter a couple of years back. Severed tendons multiple places.
It took six months to heal. Granted, people are different, but I applied the same logic as I do with all training; progressive overload. You need to destroy the muscles and tendon a tiny bit so they can heal and get stronger.
I hope you recover fully, bro. No one should have to consider their effing Achilles tendons forever. Those things suck.
I wear pic related for lifting and running. As long as they're supportive and breathable I'm happy. I've never once felt that changing footwear could improve my lifts. Am I missing out on anything?
I just wear over calf socks desu
they're pretty comfy
These.
Can't believe how cheap they are now. Mine cost a fortune. Fortunately by their nature they're both well used and practically pristine after 8 years.
It feels like every shoe i buy sucks dick for running.
Every fucking time i get to about a mile my feet feel like theyre literally standing on pavement in 100 degree weather barefoot, they burn so bad
I dont know what to do about it
What are these?
Not him. But think they are pp3 s
Some comfy tennis shoes for non compounds otherwise just black socks
I use these for pulling sumo
Poor and retarded
fucking based, same here
Heyyy, I have those. I wish the heel was a bit higher and the sole a bit grippier, but all in all they great help. I can actually highbar squat now.
And these for trap bar deadlifts
Except converse in the UK cost more than the high cost meme alternatives.
Get some dunlops. Alternatively get some beach shoes which amount to fabric with a bit of rubber on the bottom.
