Soil depletion is the real cause for both obesity and the decline in testosterone levels

Soil depletion is the real cause for both obesity and the decline in testosterone levels.
>significantly lower mineral intake
>lower nutritional value of foods -> more calories for every micronutrient
in exchange for less nutrition, we get pesticides, dusty ass supplements and psychiatric medicine via tap water

There are just too many people for the soil to handle.

Would taking a vitamin help?

It takes 300 years for 1cm soil to develop. It takes 3000 years for it to become fertile. We did this in less than a century.

it might just be necessary
checked

>Overpopulation meme
Cringe

we might actually be too much for the earth to handle, at least if we keep wasting our resources like that

>Are you some kind of environmentalist!?

So we are fucked. Are we gonna die from starvation?

yes unless you got your own farmland

>we
>implying the entire problem isnt chinks and indians
you are a fucking idiot

>chinks and indians depleted European soil
Yes, indeed user. it is the Asians

which vitamins

Unitonic question, should i buy iodine as a supplement because of this.

Also OP pic is a very good argument for Vargs narrative

Redpill me on permaculture, should we start spending more time doing permaculture and less time in the gym?

ideally not one all-in-one package, it should have been reviewed by authorities or regulators. The supplements should not exceed the RDA by too much, especially fat soluble vitamins are toxic in higher doses and there's not much you can do about them once they passed into the bloodstream.
it is better to take supplements. Varg might not be smart regarding everything he says, but he does give good advice.
yes

bump

It doesn’t. Soil develops really quickly in the right conditions: stop tiilling and rotationally graze with cows for 4 or 5 years and you’ll gain several centimeters of rich and fertile soil

It’s boron that has suffered the most

scientific papers say otherwise shill, it takes at minimum a couple hundred, most likely thousands of years to grow an inch wide horizon of top soil.

so basically veganism kills the Earth?

Read Stephen Guyenet idiot

The population of Earth will plateau at around 13 billion according to every study I've read.
13 billion is sustainable as long as they don't consume energy and food as much as first world counties do.
Look up graphs for energy and calorie consumption per capita in US relative to the rest of the world and you'll see where the real problem lies.

It's not the sole cause of obesity, obesity is simple - high calories, low activity.

Also farmers only grow cash crops like wheat basedbeans and corn in a lot of those "depleted" areas which are all goyim slave foods.

It's what we are growing, not growing food that's the problem

also overgrazing and monocropping for any purpose inc livestock feed

Read "Limits to Growth" by Meadows or Ted Kaczynski's manifesto, this is the true redpill.
