best for bench is frequency:
1x heavyish bench day (3x5 or 4x6)
1x 4x12 general hypertrophy
1x lower weight but do tons of sets with 1min max of rest until you cant bench your general 10rm for 5

155kg/341.7lbs. if you're hard stuck at 80kg then i would need more info. in terms of my lifts what most improved me on the bench was upping the frequency of lifting. i tend to do bench 3 times a week.

I loved BP and OHP, but have a big shoulder injury/impingment because of it. My body has huge imbalances and favors my left shoulder/arm, and causes over-use. I was at 1plate OHP and 2 plate BP but now can probably never do them again. Any suggestions?

2pl8 bench

For 2/3/4/5 it's:

5pl8 dead
4pl8 squat

... at like 170lb OHP and a 240 bench.... :(

Yeah I've been doing barbell and dumbbell incline now and that has gone up yet my flat bench hasnt gone up at all. ive ben focusing on my chest more especially with flies and that seems to have made some improvements

did 75x5 yesterday so I suppose my 1rm is about 90kg, doesn't feel too shabby at 75kg bw. if your bench is stuck, try deloading and check up on your technique. adding some weighted dips might also help.

My gym only has a cable machine, not a real bench, so idk. The machine maxes at 210, and I can do that, but have no idea at which percent it translates to a real bench.

6'5 and stalled out at 265 when I was like 265 and /fat/, my lifts have gone down now that I've lost about 30 pounds. I can barely get 235/245 now on a good day but I dont give a single solitary fuck i look ten times better now and I'm still losing weight
