You vs. the guy she told you not to worry about
I keked. Well done OP
Unironically me, legs are advanced and whole upper body is proficient. I dont even understand how you can have weak legs its a huge fucking muscle...
>tfw going from subpar to untrained
Post rotator cuff injury.
Bench and press going no where, squat gaining like 2-5 kg a month deadlift needs occasional heavy volume to grow.
>tfw finally got one of my lifts to novice
>Everyone i don't like is reddit
r*dd*t
gtfo nigger
Legit blind lmao
behold the god of simetry
post lifts
Figured my bench press was weak.
woops
I'm trying
post lifts
I'm doing greyskull lp.
Bench- 84lbs regular and can do 1-2 reps of 94 lbs
Oh shit.
You wouldn’t be advanced in anything unless you weigh like 50 lbs
It doesn't say he's advanced dumbass
What is the anime girl trying to do? Why is she offering me her glove?
the data set they use are just people estatting to the max. I easily out lift legitimately 7-8/10 guys at my gym, there's maybe one guy in the entire place who is lighter than me and does more weight all around but I am "intermediate" in every muscle group and below average in almost every lift.
I can get like 5 reps on all of the following - bench 225, OHP 135, squat 275 and DL 315 @ 168 lbs body weight.
It literally says untrained for everything and subpar for pecs and i'm doing a beginner's program.
pic related. IRL there is like 1 maybe 2 guys my size at any of the numerous gyms i've been a member at who out lift me, online my numbers are below average lol
Push day is such a struggle.
Wtf does untrained mean? ive been going to the gym for a month now. 6ft 155lbs (btw this thing doesnt factor in height?)
Bench - 95lb
Squat - 125lb
Deadlift - 155lb
OHP - 55lb
I'm purple man so literally I'm weaker than someone who has never even stepped foot in a gym?
post stack
>color map doesn't follow any sort of logical hue or saturation pattern
A simple hot to cold would make it much more obvious what's good and what's bad.
Been lifting 6 months now . It’s cool . I’m already stronger than most people I know my age
Purple gang here after like what, maybe 2 months? I've been seriously keeping track of lifts for the past month along with doing SL5x5, trying out Greyskull to see if I like it more and if I still make good/better progress but I joined the gym doing the retard machines like, in March. Going from pink to purple is good, stop thinking you need to be world class after only a few months of work.
My most recent lifts 3x5:
>OHP: 30kg
>Row: 37.5kg
>Bench: 45kg
>Squat: 70kg
>dead: 75kg
Basically just don't be embarrassed to be a beginner, there's no shame in it
were gonna make it bro
>all intermediate
Because they're comparing you to people who actually know how to live, not the general population
Do you never eat? I'm 3 weeks in with
32.5kg OHP
42.5kg Bench
70kg Squat
90kg Deadlift
As a matter of fact yes my protein intake is pretty low, I'm working on it but it's a two man operation because my fiancee and I eat similar diets so there's more inertia (she's not very fitness focused), and I'm trying to cut too (tubster sitting at ~87.5kg)
I also want to know
>it's a two man operation because my fiancee and I eat similar diets so there's more inertia (she's not very fitness focused)
wtf does that have to do with anything?
Dad immigrated from what is now Kyrgyzstan. He was decent club champ weightlifter in his teenage to early college years. He never really got big into teaching me the classical lifts as we didn't have the equipment means most of the time growing up but he forced me into doing the basic strength training routine at home once I got involved in sports around middle school. Only ever front squatted for the first 6 years of training. When I got into highschool football (I'm American) I could front squat more than anyone else could backsquat so coaches just let me do my own thing. Still can't bench for shit but I never focused on it so no surprises there.
Do you include the weight of the bar as well?
quadman, destroyer of rowing machines
I'm you but stronger
If it factored height that would be a different story. I'm 5'7 155 and I squat 350, bench 260, and dl 430. Most of these niggers with good symmetric strength bodies (advanced and up) are short
6”3
gym for 3 months,
bench +30
squat +65
dead +80
you’re not eating enough bro
Get a girlfriend and figure it out yourself virgin
Seriously I understand what you mean, but I want her to get fitter at the same time
So you're hamstringing yourself? You don't have to eat the exact same shit as her
better not hope your girl runs into me or ill be fucking that ass 25/7
>put in larry’s numbers
interesting results
What? I did the same and he was elite all round. What did you put in?
fucking retard
What?
He beats the shit out of his gf
height and weight?
Ok?
1 and a half year into lifting at 18, am I making it bros?
79kg 5'8
What?
post body
Nigga u stupid
Use your imagination.
those lifts are pretty weak for the time lifinting. My gues is you are not pushing yourself hard enough at the gym. That being said they are symmetric so build on everything and eat protein.,
Untrained means an adult man with average bodyweight that does average amount of physical activities.
You on the other hand are an underweight dyel with atrophied muscles.
Keep eating keep lifting and you'll see progress.
Im probably not squatting enough. Squad
C nny
I'm such a walking meme
Super self concious about my bench press and pullups
>tfw all over the place
godly
290 in 3 months? Yeah fuck off
Ask me how do I know you bench 3x10
tracking me down? 3 months back to gym not first time.
been lifting since april.
im very week
but also very happy with my gains.
soon 1pl8 OHp
soon 2pl8 bench
just hit 2pl8 deadlift
never 2pl8 squat
newbie phase linear gains are cool. just tossing 2kg onto my bench every week and 1.5kg onto my ohp and 0.0001kg onto my squat because apparently my legs are the defective
leg routine?
Squad Wed & Sat. Usually pyramid up to 80% of my TM on Wed for 3 sets of w.e i can bust out at RPE 8-9. Sat is more size with 60%(RPE6-7) at 8-12 reps for 5 sets.
Do accessories like bulgarian splits, side-to-side band shit and goblet squats.
sounds like a lot of quad work, work in some hammy exercises like rdl and leg curls
home gym cant leg curl really but i do rdls usually on my 2nd deadlift day of the week. though desu i dont feel much from RDLs they're cool and all but im not sure if they're really that great as an accessory. still i do them because hteyre fun
I live with my gf and we just buy different shit while shopping and cook our own meals.
What are you, retarded? A cuck?
thats intensely fucking weird unless you have two kitchens or never eat at the same time or one of you only eats microwave burritos dude youre a retard
>t. married man
Since late December 2018
Had to take like a month off recently and when I came back my form was all shit. Pleased with the symmetry tho (92/100)
yeet
slightly crank knees and don’t lock out at top. other then that if it’s up to individual. rdl does about as much for me as normal deadlift does for its respective muscle
i always feel like RDLs dont hit my legs hard enough and i think my legs are the bad spot
One kitchen, I batch process my meals because it's easier to make large meals on a budget all while hitting macros.
We both go to school full-time, work part-time, and have hobbies. Don't really eat meals together. When we do, she cooks herself something and I warm up a meal.
weird man. i dont think ive ever missed a meal with the wife.
I actually do 5/3/1 I just have a poor chest, always have
Not satisfied until I'm full on yellow man. Want to hit 2/3/4/5.
Different priorities I guess. Not really a "sit-down" and have meals type of people. We're both athletic with literally opposite goals and philosophies, so we just can't eat the same stuff.
Once in a while we go out, as a treat.
