Just eat plain meat

>just eat plain meat
>no delicious veggies
>not even any seasoning on the meat
>testosterone of a 95 year old AIDS patient undergoing chemotherapy
do white people really do this?

Samburu tribe in Africa lives off meat, blood, and milk.

So I guess black people really do that.

exogenous drug use is the cause

>The Samburu practice male (foreskin) and female (clitoris) genital mutilation. Boys get circumcised in their teenage year, girls before marriage. Unmutilated girls are forced to have sex if they are part of "Beading" but are not allowed to have children

That's their culture.
You got a problem with it, straight white male?

You don't know how testosterone testing works

Have a nice sage

No
>kills all the local farmers then blame whitey for starvation
Culture.

I mean y'all really eat mayonnaise?

the most telling thing is his low vitamin D status despite eating a ton of meat which does have some vitamin D
but the fact he has incredibly high fasting blood glucose is also weird, there's something wrong with this metabolism
he's eating 0 carbs but his blood sugar is that high, that's not normal

>he's eating 0 carbs but his blood sugar is that high, that's not normal
Low-carbohydrate diets and saturated fat induce insulin resistance that can progress to diabetes. Carbohydrates are protective against insulin resistance and diabetes.

I remember reading something about eating extremely low carbs leading to higher blood sugar because your body tries to get every bit and piece of sugar it can, so it depresses insulin creation.

Incidentally his blood sugar is 50% higher than mine was at my fattest (300lbs). His LDL cholesterol (bad) is higher, his HDL (good) cholesterol is lower, and his test is way lower.

False

Found the flat earther

This, but multiplied by -1.
He has high blood sugar because of glyconeogenesis and he's eating only meat, and a lot of it. Not a surprise. One should eat versatile, seasonal and local. Eating only meat or only plants is just a terrible idea. He doesn't eat organ meats. Pretty sure he doesn't eat fish either.

>Pretty sure he doesn't eat fish either.
look at the OP

>Low-carbohydrate diets and saturated fat induce insulin resistance
It doesn't

This doesn't even make sense, fat doesn't even need insulin

>This doesn't even make sense, fat doesn't even need insulin

Then why obese people get better on a low carb diet than on a high carb diet?

I remember reading a study that said that T-levels increase with higher carb:protein ratio. Of course, the reason why so many people are obese and low-T despite doing high-carb diets is that they eat too many calories and do no exercise. The ideal is somewhere around 4g carbs for each gram of protein. I consistently do better lifts and get stronger boners the day after I eat high-carb foods only, no meat and only whey protein.

Low carb for them means 100g, rather than the 500g they were previously getting.

And obviously not all carbs have the same impact. Eating 100g of carbs from simple sugars like cookies is a lot worse than 100g of carbs from milk or veggies

It really doesn't

You think yourself to be wise but you're nothing more than a clown

His LDL-C was low because of meds, but he already had a ton of buildup which doesn't go away, even with those meds.

> fat doesn't even need insulin
fat doesn't invoke an insulin response, but that's because it doesn't need to
lipids in the blood and organs(including muscle mass ) are what create insulin resistance, literally be definition insulin resistance is the loss of sensitivity to a certain ammount of insulin, animals that naturally eat low carb diets benefit from such insulin resistance, it's in fact not something that shouldn't be vilified but it should also not be ignored, it is a real metabolic adaptation that makes sense when you think about it.
high insulin response to food drops your blood sugar, but if you have a very low ammount of endogenous+exogenous sugar you will benefit from weaker response to insulin since you want your blood sugar to remain in a healthy stable number that is not too low
how do you do that? upregulating gluconeogenesis while at the same time inducing insulin resistance so that more sugar remains in your blood.

>lipids in the blood and organs(including muscle mass ) are what create insulin resistance
>source: dude just trust me
See this video description for the studies, you already been debunked:

>You think yourself to be wise
Have you considered he may be deliberately saying things he knows are not true?

These shills never give me the impression they believe their own bullshit. They just want to trick people into harming themselves with a vegan diet. Like those posts telling people to mix ammonia and bleach.

It's over, boys. Obviously low carb diets are related to insulin resistance, if after that explanation you can't understand go to a doctor.
Also, source: any nutritionist in the world

source is "insulin resistance in high fat low carb diets"
look it up and you will see that I am right
it's not even something that is bad, so idk why you're sperging, insulin resistance is good if you are eating almost no carbs, it's one of the main reasons why we are even able to become insulin resistant in the first place, it's an adaptation.

also, that video from that bart kay dude doesn't debunk anything of what I say, you must be really confused
bart kay admits that the higher the fat you eat and lower the carbs the less adapted you are to eating carbs, due to insulin resistance lmao

I'm laughing at the fact that you think insulin causes insulin resistance (how fucking stupid do you have to be to think that? Testosterone also causes testosterone resistance? Cortisol causes cortisol resistance? Retard city). And while you fashion yourself as an expert informed enough to disagree with the three-decade scientific consensus in lipidology, you are not even aware that saturated fat oxidation reliably yields toxic metabolites that induce insulin resistance (saturated fat also destroys the liver and pancreas and causes diabetes that way, but that's besides the point). And low-carbohydrate diets induce insulin resistance and glucose intolerance partially via epigenetic changes due to lack of sufficient carbohydrate intake ("use it or lose it")

You're putting so much effort into this bait. I hope you get a few bites.

The thing that gets me is white culture for the most part has always been being the most dominant race, to admit white people have a culture (not even taking into account various “white”/European countries ull of culture such as Italy) would be to admit that we are and always have been the strongest race.

but neither is healthy
