Two arms; I don't want to be in the gym all fucking day

Two arms for the sake of time. Lat raises are a high volume exercise, I have a shit ton of other more important exercises I have to do each day, I don’t have time for 5 sets of 15 1 arm at a time. Superset your lat raises with other accessories.

what about lat raises with dumbbells and cable in a superset?

Cable lat raises? I do dumbbell lat raises for 6 sets of 15-20, superset with 3 sets tricep push downs and 3 sets over head press inbetween each lat raise set. You can’t superset the lat raises themselves without getting too tired and losing form.

Meant to say overhead tricep dumbbell press, not OHP.

that shit hurt to look at

>Not doing two dumbbells, then one handed lateral raises with the cable in the same gym session.

Actually never going to make it.

Two arms because I hurt myself for some reason doing one.

cable lateral raises with handle set at waist height are goat side delt builder

Stop watching my workouts creep

Is it even possible to build big side delts as a natty?

traps R gay especially when you have short clavicles

>do one at a time with heavier weight
>superset with different angle both at a time

It blows your muscles the fuck out

When I did barbell OHP my anterior delts grew pretty fast. Had to add lateral raises to my routine to grow the medial delt but the growth was painfully slow.
Switched to kettlebell shoulder presses a while back and started doing lateral raises like this

and the growth has increased noticeably.

I personally switched to doing the one arm raises because I can just grind out so much more out of my delts that way. I do sets of 15 where I manage 8 or so and just start cheating towards the end getting a little momentum. It sick it piss.
But that being said I do front and back delts using two arm because they aren't that hard for me to hit. So I imagine that not everyone needs to do laterals one handed.

one, cable and just like pic related
also myo reps, 20 sets on the first set with weight that you cannot perform more nor less than 20 reps, rest 15 do 8 reps, rest 15s 8 reps, another 15s rest and another 8 reps.
so 20-8,8,8 can even do one extra micro set if you wish

do this twice per week BOOM sick shoulders if you also do your facepulls

>one arm at a time

Yes, I love 3 hour workouts

No thanks. Do'em both at the same time.

Cables have really improved my delts compared to dumbbells even though, I can do only like half the weight with cables.

So like 50 lbs with dumbells and 27 to 23 lbs with cables.

But, again, cables are giving me better development.

are you stupid, you do the other arm after finishing the other and then rest 1m and rinse and repeat

kinda like supersetting say bench with rows
>bench
>go straight to rows
>rest 60s-90s
>repeat

This is me but without the reddit, the coffee, the music, or the Peterson.

>, I can do only like half the weight with cables.

reminder adding more weight isn't the only way to progress
slower tempo, higher reps, higher sets, less rest between sets, different equipment, all of that can be used as a way to progress
I was doing 3 sets of 10 reps with 41kg added on my dips yet bodyweight RING dips were challenging to me

Lateral raises? More like stupid raises. Just press

cable one arm

just bounce back and forth with sets of 20-30. your shoulder pump will literally add an inch or two onto your shoulders. ridiculous.

get a job mark

How do you fix this?

Half weight but better resistance curve. In the end, that's all that really matters for muscle building, torque. Which is why flies and pec deck are do great for building chest even though you use less weight than bench
