It's called the Superman pushup and it's tough. Hard on your shoulders and core.
You can try easier ones by just placing your forearms on the ground, having your arms closer together. Like he said in the video, it's cheating, and not a true superman pushup. But you can get better at it and eventually get a rep in.
If you can get a rep, it means you're quite in shape. Your muscle mass and bodyfat is at a nice balance to the point where you can lift yourself up off the ground that well.
