They're good for you. Cheap, 30% protein, lots of micronutrients, polyphenols, and so on. They're also slow-digesting and have a lot of fiber. IIRC they also lower cholesterol.
There's basically no downside if you have no problem digesting them.

From what I recall is that the e2 that doesn't bind will continue to circulate the system unless it is methylated and expelled. So unless you're clearing the estrogen from your body it will continue to increase
Estrogen is anabolic though, so that would be a bad thing.

If you have the patience, sprout them, then cook.
Get rid of the water after 1st boil then boil again. Dispose the water after cooked.
If you still get bloated you'll have to gradually add them to your day starting with the least amount you can digest - they contain so much fiber which is great but you add too much too fast for protein and your gut wont handle it.
What's the deal with the first boil water? And that water when they are ready is pretty tasty and thick, should I discard it nevertheless??

Eat rice instead of legumes, grasses are way less toxic and rice is probably the least damaging seed out there, if it's white rice, brown rice is shit and should not be eaten.

contains the stuff that can give you wind. if you're going to go to the bother to change the water, just change it after its been boiling for a few minutes, once the scum has stopped appearing if you are removing it.
once they are cooked and have started to fall apart, rinsing or changing the water is wasting some of the goodness.
but i wouldn't change the water, just fart it out if you're body isn't use to the legumness.

the ones from onions etc are less powerful to compared to your own and only bind to certain receptors. One of he main places onions phyto's will bind is in breast tissue. Where it will out compete your own and be a binding site inhibitor.
