>tfw hardgainer lanklet
Tfw hardgainer lanklet
>TFW there's no such thing as a hardgainer and you're just a pussy who complains about eating and has never experienced any real adversity in life if eating food is something you consider a struggle or time of hardship.
gib milkers
i say
Wow you have it so hard
Literally just eat more. Our bodies are designed to make us feel pleasure when we consume food. How anyone could think it's difficult to gain weight really baffles me.
Because you can only fit so much food at once in your stomach, lardass.
How can anyone have a difficult time cutting is beyond me, just eat less.
SS FOMAD
wow it's almost as if genetics can influence how easy your body puts of weight or something
What do you typically eat?
please respond, by the way
not him, but I'm a hardgainer too, my weight rn is 50 kg (110 lbs), with height 5,9 I have fucked up metabolism and my kidneys don't work properly, usually I consume about 2500 calories/day, I've tried 3500 for a month, but haven't gained anything, it was hard for me tho
My breakfast: 3 big sandwitches, bread, butter, ham and cheese
Then dinner: usually pasta with meat when I'm at home or when I'm at work I go to Burger King and eat a whopper with fries
Then supper same as dinner some pasta with meat/fish or other shit
Also eat at night some puffs with meat or cheese
Tried gainers but didn't work, might try again raising to 5k calories each day, but will probably die.
Try drinking 1l of 30% cream throughout the day. If it works then you're just bad at counting calories and need to eat more.
>110
Holy fuck bitch i was going to commiserate with you if you said like 140-160 but you need to eat like a single big mac per day to maintain that
>you're just bad at counting calories and need to eat more
true for people who say "muh metabolism is so fast"
>you're just bad at counting calories and need to eat less
true for people who say "muh metabolism is too slow"
2500 calories isn't shit btw. I wish we weren't in the middle of a move or I'd consult my nutrition book, but I'm only two inches taller than you and my recommended daily intake was ~3400 calories. yours wouldn't be much less. also I am certain your method of counting calories was imprecise. to do this you need to at least home cook meals and add the calories of EVERYTHING beforehand. then you portion your meals so you know how much you're eating. counting calories is a pain in the ass but its really simple
>tfw fat manlet
I am starving and its not helping
wtf do brahs
>everyone has the exact same metabolism
imagine being this retarded
Stomach stretches over time retard
Wow it must be so difficult being tall and having to eat a lot of high calorie foods like milkshakes and cheeseburgers. Sometimes I forget how easy I have it being 5'9 and eating carrots for breakfast.
>having to eat a lot of high calorie foods like milkshakes and cheeseburgers.
It's sad how many people on this board don't have a basic understanding of nutrition. Guess what faggot, eating cheeseburgers and milkshakes is no more helpful to becoming fit for a skinny person as it is for a fat person. Keep making excuses for your lack of progress lard ass.
Just eat more, It also gets easier as you get older.
are you saying milkshakes (dairy) and cheese burgers (meat) are unhealthy?????
lmaooooo found the vegan
enjoy your antinutrients and diabetes eating seed oils and soi
Please be trolling
Based
have sex you fat fuck
post bodycount
You're the one who said "hardgainer" you dumb motherfucker. Blow your brains out.
I said they were high in calories.
how come every "hard gainer" doesn't want to box? if you have trouble gaining weight you should be a boxer. but they're all pussies. is there a correlation between eating little and being a pussy?
Oh so you just assumed someone on a fitness board was looking for advice on becoming a skinny-fat low T slob? makes sense, my bad.
Why would boxing increase gains? Seems like a lot of cardio involved.
You're new here and didn't know what hard gainer meant, it's okay you don't have to try to impress us we all start somewhere.
