I sweat too much after minimal exercise, I had it even when I was 30kilo lighter (still in fatty territory) it sucks so much having sweat over face and in eyes and worst is the drops that are not stopping.

If you're not careful with the cheese and veggies to avoid sweet/starchy ones, and keep on eating rice, you're going to stay way out of the keto.

I'm trying it. My plan was a month, but two weeks in and it sucks. Right now the only reason I'm continuing keto is as an exercise in self control. Before this my breakfasts were cottage cheese and pineapple, or Greek yogurt and a high protein granola. Now it's a whole dammed avacado and a small portion of peanuts.

I have rarely craved eating higher protein foods more in my life. But eating more would throw off my macros, and the only way to correct without going over would be stupid shit like butter in my coffee.

Different femanon with the same problem here. There's no point trying to fill my loose skin with a meager amount of muscle. I lifted for six months and it was an absolute chore. I'll never be able to do enough consistently to build and maintain muscle, especially not enough to fill out the loose skin; my naked body will always look like shit no matter what, so the best goal for myself right now is to just maintain low body fat through diet and light excercise so I look like a normal human while clothed.

I went to the gym with my two best friends (who are both active gym-goers) for the first time. I'm 280lb, 5'8 but just hanging out while they taught me the ropes was a lot of fun.

I did Squats, Deadlift, Bench and finished with some Dumbell Curls. Squats were by far the easiest and most fun, probably because I'm already used to lifting that bodyweight. Bech was tough though, I guess my arms have had barely any use.

Anyway, I guess I'm just happy. Wanted to share and encourage any other fatbros to join a gym. :)

How do I count calories of a large prepared meal? I'm planning on making a venison stew to eat all weekend and I'm not sure how to count individual meals.

Forget that shit, man. Squeeze some lemon or lime juice to add some flavor. If you're off processed sugar entirely, you'll eventually find that milder flavors are enough.
Also if you're drinking shitty tap get a Brita or something. Filtered water is a lot easier to enjoy
