You are, and I don't say this lightly, literally retarded.
what do you bench?
Barbell, flat bench.
>bench form
uhh, you fucking lay on your back and lift the bar straight up over your chest. Then you slowly drop it down to your sternum. Then push it back up.
If you did anything else you are doing it wrong
just like push the bar away from you lmao
I do guillotine bench in the hope that one day I'll fail and escape the drudgery of this life.
Shouldnt you arch your back while bench pressing?
tense the core, make a dreamy face. you must talk to the sky when you bench, make the hot steam escape your pores when you press into the earth. hot babes will admire your form, like mountain monkeys in a natural spa. this is spiritual bench press. this is dragoon spirit.
Low effort bait, I shouldn't be giving you this (you)

bench press is a meme
weighted dips, pushup varations, and dumbell press, heck even machine chest press are all superior and you're much less likely to injure your shoulders
Same. I can't wait to fail a 300. Almost there.
fucking kek
Bench press every day to lock in form. Even if its just the bar.
Sauce?
Either learn proper form, or read about bio-mechanics and understand that BP is not for everyone, as squat is not for everyone, due to genetic limitations. No find another exercise that works for you and stop caring
Don't flare your elbows like a retarded fairy trying to catch the wind and you won't ever injure your shoulders.
Shoulder blades pinched, chest up, back slightly arched, heels down bar to chest with load above elbows
How is it hard
There's been an influx of overcomplication of the basic lifts in the past ten years or so. One part is faggots trying to make money by making this shit look like rocket science, part is absolute retards lifting way beyond their paygrade and hurting themselves. Worst part is that you can't even really hire a coach these days to get basic form down with no brainpower required, because the influx of idiots has diluted the pool way too much.
If you don't chase numbers like a moron, do a little research and do some experimentation, you are completely fine.
are you real
I actually failed at 300 and I never bench outside of a rack with pins now.
First you sit on the end of the bench and yell COME ON BABY GET SOME and then take a series of rapid, deep breaths before sliding under the bar as fast as you can. Then you take 30 seconds taking and retaking your grip until it satisfies some parameters unknown even to yourself. Finally, take one last deep breath and unrack it. Then do 3 reps as fast as possible while holding your breath and bouncing the bar off your chest before you realize you're gassed and you pause at the top hoping strength magically returns to your arms. Grind out the fourth by letting your ass fly as far off the bench as possible, and on the fifth get stuck until your spotter taps the bar (even though you told him not to touch it) which, combined with imagining yourself as Christian Bale from Batman Begins lifting the fallen piece of timber off himself allows you to finish the rep. After your spotter helps you rerack sit up and wonder whether you should count that as 4 or 5 reps. Decide to count as 5 since the spotter basically did nothing, you TOLD him not to fucking touch it and you probably would have been able to grind it out if he hadn't. Add 5 lbs to your bench next workout and repeat.
If you can't figure out bench then unironically do floor press, you cannot possibly fuck it up.
Sauce on OP's image?
>Lay on bench
>Eyes lined up with bar
>Lift up barbell away from eyes and towards chest
>One rep, go down
>Elbows facing outwards
>Rinse repeat for the set
How's this?
