I lost 30kg without exercising because I was in a wheelchair/crutches for most of it. That might be part of the reason. Other than that no idea.
Anyone and everyone has potential it's just a matter of wheather you want to waste it or not. Everyone can be fit and have a six pack and look amazing it's just depends on if you are willing to out in effort to become the best and fittest you
Looks like your abdominals are weak as fuck, if you dont believe me try to stand yourself up after sitting on the floor without using your hands or arms to prop you up, also lift more eat more and engage your abs more in your lifts
Literally the only problems I see with you are:

Yes it does but it takes quite awhile. I'd say 2 to 3 months if you're lucky, 5-6 on average, and maybe even a full year if your nips are really THAT fucking big.
This is NOT, however, a solution for gyno-reduction. So don't go in thinking it'll fix that shit.

You'll be fine. You probably need to shed more than 2kg to have a flat stomach. Probably more like 5-10.

If you choose to bulk now, you'll need to be super careful with your calorie surplus just to not look like you belong in a Crispy Creme commercial in six months' time. Just stick out the last couple months of weight loss. You're almost there.
