Compared to what?

think about it logically

>smaller muscle group

Squat. Squat is the easiest lift. I never feel like mechanics will hold me back when I squat, only my strength

Are you a manlet by any chance?

Look at that press
Look at that effortless clean
I can't bench this and he's pressing it after cleaning it
Jesus

5'8

If you think that's bad, look at Larry Wheels throw up 5pl8 bench like it's nothing

It uses the least amount of muscle groups compared to SB&DL also you need a shit ton of core stability to do it right and not snap you’re shit.

How do I get a stronger core?

Do direct core work, I know minimalist faggs wanna say “hur dur all you need is the big five and sheeeit for core” any one that isn’t in a state of cope will realize that no muscle group can truly be optimized and reach it's max potential without isolation, it’s just that simple. Also stop using a belt that alone will help a ton or if you don’t wanna stop cold turkey at least decrease the amount you use it.

>Do direct core work
Like what?

I've seen it all dude, trust me
Klokov and Olympic weightlifters in general are something else though
They just move everything around like it's bitch weight no matter the weight class

Not really

Weighted side bends, Russian twists, side planks, cable crunches, weighted planks, v-ups, weighted sit-ups, leg raises L-sit holds the list can go on and on user I’m not you’re coath as much as you want me to be.

Can't stop using a belt. I have a small hernia but more than that, I'm mentally blocking myself. I tried not using belts and I can't lift as much because I can't push myself to the limit. I'm just mentality blocking myself from using it weights without a belt.
Deadly afraid of the hernia getting bigger and more severe.
>get surgery
Deadly afraid of it. I'd rather avoid any surgery my whole life.

Hey, at the end of the day user this is all just my opinion. You don’t have to do jack shit but just know you’re limiting yourself and depending on something wrapped around you’re weak, soft little belly, think about that.

BUMP.

I had groin hernia surgery years ago and it was succesful but now I'm not using belt because I'm afraid it would press on the belly and the pressure would burst out lower.

The easiest lift is diddly, by far.

How did Clarence fail this? Must be ages ago, he puts up numbers like that like it's nothing nowadays. Might've been on less gear at the time too.

"easy" and "most you can lift" is not the same, else leg press is the easiest

>the french

I saw a very small girl doing 230 kg hip thrusts yesterday and I was like that exercise must be easy as hell or that chick fucks like a hurricane.

It literally says 2013 in the back

Leg press isn't a lift

lmao nigga, cleaning actually makes the press easier.

>Must be ages ago
reads with big letters 2013 in background

leaving only shattered pelvises and broken hips in her wake

SNOO SNOO!

current years is 2015+4

Dat swaggy hop-up

How so

Dunno, just works for me. Maybe your body can give more power right after firing up, instead of going max out from a rest.

I bet her ass was amazing
