Clean bulk is a myth. You can’t bulk without gaining fat. PERIOD!

Now man the fuck up and down some of those double cheeseburgers you twink bitch.

Jeff isn't fat though and he makes a new video like every other day

>he is such a newfag he dosn't know what clean bulking means

ik this is bait but the idea is to minimise fat gain by eating smallest surplus required to gain weight and aiming not to gain more than a set amount per week/month

Nothing is a thing if you get to make up what it is

>t. anorexic twink

Jeff is a twink.

OP is rarted, but is there a difference between bulking on say 200+ TDEE or 500+ TDEE?
If you bulk more do you gain more muscle? Or is there a threshold where the extra bulk loses efficacy and you just gain extra fat?

Yeah
The more you eat the more muscle you gain

Your body can only build so much muscle in a period of time. The rest of the calories are stored as fat.

>Get bf% scales
>Note down current lean mass
>Bulk and lift heavy for two months
>Note down new lean mass, calculate lean mass gain over two months.
>Use whatever diet tracker with a high protein diet to maintain lean mass gain at measured rate.

Tada. Clean bulk.

Shoo shoo fatty

Bullshit
I've stayed at 15% body fat while bulking on 4000 calories a day eating good clean food retard, gone from 72 to 85 that way

You will never know the feel of wanting to enjoy a bulk but too insecure about losing the shadowy abs ive worked for

i know this feeling to a t

What is your definition of clean bulk? Just unsaturated fat? no sugar added?

there's tons of different ways to bulk, all of them yield different results with different pros and cons. Generally they can be put into 4 categories.
>Fast and Dirty
>Fast and Clean (Hardest)
>Slow and Clean
>Slow and dirty. (easiest)

I normally progress from Fast and Dirty to slow and dirty to slow and clean. Then start my cut.

forgot to add that if you're not enhanced (and don't compete at a certain weightclass) then there's no reason to cut and bulk.

my definition of clean would be something like stan efferdings vertical diet, dirty includes processed foods for easy calories normally after the macros have been met.

Unless you're a fraud then your body can only synthesize muscle so quickly, how quickly depends entirely upon you're routine, your diet, and your natural limits. So that said, there is a hard limit, but it varies a little bit from person to person.

So like what said, there's only so much. I'll add to that and say that your body will have a better time building and maintaining muscle if you have a slight bit of body-fat that it can access for additional resources, though that's diminishing too. If you gain too much body fat then it can actually make it harder to build new muscle, from what I've seen.

So the exact number you want to be over is going to be different from person to person, but if you want to build as quickly as possible then you do need to be a little bit over and you're best off carrying a small to moderate amount of body fat.

That all said, unless you're a beginner or a fraud then you want to roll a very slow bulk, just enough to keep a little bit ahead of the muscle you're trying to gain. Meanwhile try to moderate your intake as best as you can manage to get yourself to do so and eat as fucking wholesome and healthy as you can.

>not being aesthetic 100% of the year.

Just off yourself.

Had to google vertical diet by this definition ok but that goes against anything Jow Forums normally preaches as clean.
