cant wait to hit that chest tomorow bro

I lift four days, run three.

0 but i do wrestling warm up drills on a football field barefoot 5 times a week, when im at home i do active rest like play with soccor ball and stand on all 4s like a silverback gorilla(straight back weight on quads and fists). sometimes sit ups if im bored

6 times for last 2 weeks. Almost failed because of the heat has me dead tired after work

7

You just gorilla around the house? lmao

dead srs lol its hard as fuck but my back and joints feel amazing because all the weight is static on the muscles. when i stand up everything gets compressed

Do you end it with a chest beat?

only if i see something that threatens me or triggers emotions

none, but ive made it to a full week of at home exercising, continuing to take it a day at a time

also up to a 1 minute plank, neat

3

3-4. I started only a month ago, doing 5x5.

5

4, squat dead bench ohp

6
Twice on Mondays and Fridays and once on Wednesdays and Sundays

5-6 times a week. off-days are sometimes used for running

4

2/3 days

Delts, arms, neck, chest
Legs and Back
Off

Never, I'm a larper. Like 99% of fit I think.

Based! I don't think I can even lift the bar

3 days 5x5
literally go on the only days when i'm not working
job involves moving fairly heavy shit tho

3

im not working this summer so im doing 3 a day olympic lift program for 8 weeks. 3x6= 18 times a week

3.5

hard sessions 5 times a week but I'm there pretty much every day doing something because I have nothing else in my life

All of them

I split it on the month.
For 3 weeks, I go 6 days a week + 1 day any physical activity of my liking other than gym (can be cycling, hiking, swimming, whatever. Usually cardio however)
Then, the other week, I do long distance walking (minimum 15km) every other day, plus some really light weight training.

5 or 6 a week for 3-4 hours every session

5 day split. But only because it's convient. I work at my school, so I just shower up and walk 5 minutes to my job

4 x 1h30-2h On a modified bro split

6. 3 heavy compound days, 2 HIIT days, 1 LISS day. Fight me.

5-6 focus, either 3x upper body 2x lower or 3x both

Are you standing gorilla style right now?

That's pretty intense. How are you finding it?

Depends on the week.

I am running Candito's 6 week program a few times to see what sort of gains I can expect. Sometimes it is 5 times, this week it is 3.

cycle ?

3

5/3/1?

3-4. I wanna switch to a 6 day routine fairly soon though, I'm just waiting until I plateau on my beginner routine.

4. I’m on the 4 day TM from PPST and it’s actually an amazing program if you have the time/resources/discipline to recover properly.
