intermittent fasting

Running

Meditation

This. I tried every other memes and they did nothing for me. IF is just the way to go for life.

Jiu-jitsu

What made you guys pick up IF and how long do you personally fast for? I've been considering trying it but im unsure of the benefits, is it mainly just a fat loss tool?

Zero investment
>intermittent fasting
Some investment
>alternating days of lifting and cardio
>any form of exercise done later in the day rather than early
Moderate investment
>not eating carbs and fats together
High investment (at first)
>disciplined sleep schedule

The carb and fat thing: you can still have your macros whatever way you want, just separate carbs and fats. I have a protein+fat lunch and a protein+carbs dinner. It feels fucking great and makes fitness goals (specially cutting) so much easier.

Regulating my sleep cycle

Don’t eat till full.
After all that cutting I have an idea now of what is an appropriate amount of satiety.

Complete broscience
25% of the fat you eat isn't even absorbed until the next meal, it's stored in the enterocytes

Lost the weight I wanted in 6 months. Became a lot more confident, got a nice job, got a gf that I married and had a kid with her. All on IF I swear to god. I wasn't fat before just skinny fat and just a loser like most guys here.

Congrats man glad to see some people on this board making it. What exactly does the fasting do for you though? Just make you avoid less calories by not eating or does it play with metabolic rates somehow?

>Became a lot more confident, got a nice job, got a gf that I married and had a kid with her
>Because of IF
That's absolutely not related at all. IF is very good for weightloss and nothing else.

>>any form of exercise done later in the day rather than early
Explain

Perfect sleep schedule
I hit the pillow and I'm out
I wake up at 4:59, right before my alarm.

Just ate lunch and that's it. Went to the pool on week end for some cardio but that's it. I didn't really care what I was eating, just wanted to have a more toned body and IF made it for me.
For a lot of people, losing weigth increase confidence and well being in general, even if you're not fat. IF was just right in my case.

Sleep.

Went from 5-6 cups (by cups I mean 200cc each) a day to only drinking 1 cup of coffee, and not drinking it after 12pm. I have a better sleep schedule now, and also can use a boost of caffeine when I need it instead of caffeinated being my basal state.

Also, not smoking more block weed and only smoking flower now, it doesn't let me in so much of a stupor and don't need so much coffee now.

Eating. I eat significantly more out of habit from lifting and I'm making more gains than I ever did before. I feel better and even look better. I showed before and after pics to a 10/10 girl I've been friends with (friend zone) and she said "Holy shit when did you become a GI Joe". Feels good man

Please respond to the thread

running

No fap/porn

When i get too fat i go on fasting. Meanwhile for all 3-4 days i drink heavily to forget the hunger. Managed to lose tons of weight like this. And it's fun too. (dont do this, i tried to rape my mom)

More than weight loss it teaches you discipline

eating paleo and being anal as fuck about nutrition in general

cycling and nofap in that order.

My face is bloated from drinking all the time over the years so hopefully I can slim down that and my body from staying away from it. When I have drank recently it’s only about two beers each time

Daily flossing & brushing teeth twice a day. No alcohol
>no dragon breath
>no gum bleeds
>no hangover

Explain please.

>i tried to rape my mom
Story?

Drinking a lot of water. Seriously.
Started having more energy. Good sleep at night and dont wake up dry like raisin anymore. Stopped falling sick all the time. Better focus in school. Better mood. Up until 16 year of age I was just drinking sodas and water only when I was extremly thirsty and there was nothing else. Now I tell everyone to drink water. Changed my life.

>dont do this, i tried to rape my mom
hate to break it to you, but this had nothing to do with the alcohol.
