>he doesn't eat carbs
Ask me how I know you're small and weak.
Which part of your muscles are made of carbs?
Carbs aren't bad. People ate more carbs as a percentage of their diet in the early 1900s and weren't anywhere near the fat bloated monstrosities they are now. The problem is calories in/calories out period.
Carbs are fuel, not a building material, you stupid dyel.
So is fat, mongoloid
Retard
>don't eat carbs
>weak as shit
>eat carbs
>bloated
Faggot
meatbags are weak, praise the sacred iron, praise omnissiah
>2020 drawing near
>He isn't in all carb diet yet
thats why you eat it as well
Almost like you're supposed to eat both, faggot.
You need carbs to have a good workout sesh, easily available fuel help with lifting harder
I don't eat carbs on my rest days unless I'm doing cardio
Muscle glycogen you retard.
430g total, 352g net carbs.
I lift 4x, cycle 2x, jog 3x/week + some exercise at home.
1.88m, 83.5kg.
>Another non-lifter brainlet making a shit thread about muh carbs bad
bread gang
tpbp
Had a nightmare about failing keto last night. I woke up in a cold sweat.
post body
I legit eat about 650g of carbs every fucking day and I could kill you with my own hands.
Bread is about to make a comeback. I'm calling this now
Whole wheat is legit.
Oh I'm well aware of that. The problem is many retards scream bread=bad because all the bread they have ever had is the cheapest of the cheap
>here you go sir, here is the perfect fuel for your muscles to achieve maximum performance and efficiency as well as an overall healthy body due to the fact that it's a great source of vitamins, minerals and fiber
>uh actually, ketones are a lot more epic so I will eat fat instead
I fucking hate keto retards.
I'm currently on keto as well but I'm doing it for a very specific purpose which is decreasing fat while rapidly increasing HDL cholesterol after my bulking cycle and I'm doing it for only 2 months. This is about the only thing that it's actually good for.
For all other purposes like staying healthy, keto is dogshit. If you actually measure the vitamins, minerals and fiber that you are getting on keto diet, you will realize that you are going to be deficient in a lot of them. Now when you compare that to a diet where you eat carbs as well, it's a whole different story.
Keto won't even allow you to function properly without chugging on sodium, potassium and magnesium every day, due to the fact that you will become rapidly deficient of these since your body holds much less water. Also you better be chugging on psyllium husk as well otherwise enjoy having a fucking buttplug instead of a shit.
Oh and you thought you could get enough vitamins, minerals and fiber from veggies? WRONG, check any fucking vegetable on wikipedia and it's amount of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Now compare that to carb sources like potatoes, rice and oats. So unless you plan on eating more than a fucking kilo of vegetables per day, don't expect to consume anywhere near close to the recommended amounts.
The primary sources of vitamins and minerals are the mentioned carb sources, since they contain comparable or even higher amounts than vegetables and you will be eating a lot of them, unlike veggies.
Btw, don't even think about eating more than 1 fruit per day since that's too high carb so get fucked.
name any essential nutrient/vitamin or mineral that you can't get on a keto diet you little fag
ketards all look like jason blaha
This sounds like cope for someone with so little self control that they disallow themselves to eat it all together
muscle glycogen aka the largest part of any muscle. It's why during a diet you look "deflated".
Threads like these prove that you should NEVER come to Jow Forums for any advice outside of routines, if even that
Magnesium, Potassium literally already mentioned in the post you nigger. But you are going to be deficient in a lot more.
You should probably check your sodium buddy, its fucking up your reading comprehension, which is getting me to another point that I forgot to mention.
If you don't oversalt every food to the point of being inedible or if you don't drink saltwater, your sodium levels will start to drop and you will eventually develop headaches, nausea and you will become a fucking neanderthal. At that point you won't even be able to form, read or understand a complex sentence until you get your sodium levels up.

what part of your car is made of gasoline?
So you made yourself doubly wrong to spite... yourself?
low carb life here, ill be the first to post body
carbs between 50g and 100g per day, most days closer to 50 than 100. Thats basically two carb free meals per day, breakfast and lunch, and a small portion of carbs with dinner. no sugar ever.
age 33
cycle?
the gasoline
no cycle,
I have had my test levels tested, 728ng/dl if that means anything to you.
that's pretty good man
mirin
much you bench tho?
with a t shirt you barely look like you lift probably tho
>per day
I only eat when I lift though
ate probably 200 carbs so far today and its early. mostly simple carbs like white sugar, tortilla chips. and lots of rice too makes me feel strong when i workout. low carb is essentially emptying ur gas tank before a street race
that's the case with every natty you mongoloid. post body
based. do you have any idea how much protein and fat you get daily as well? also height? mirin'
I love it how you retards think your personal experience and thoughts on a certain diet is the absolute truth for everyone and you choose to defend it like it is your football team.
Different diets work for different people. I feel great eating very low carb, I get great workouts (60~80min), often I run for 15~30 minutes afterwards while feeling great and with lots of energy, while some other guy will feel like absolute crap eating anything less than 150g.
Also, this "can't build muscle on low fat" is an absolute retarded taboo and has been proved wrong. You can build muscle low carb, both in ketosis or low carb without ever entering ketosis.
>Also, this "can't build muscle on low carb", fuck
>following superstitious nonsense instead of rationality
>being SMUG about having a mental illness
you posting bragpix doesn't outweigh HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS of successful humans who ate a normal diet that did not exclude entire macronutrient groups based on magic and feelings.
retard can't even quote the correct post
>2022-3
>not eating your yearly calorie needs in the first month and fasting for the remainder of the year
it's like you don't even want to make it
I did keto 6 months and dropped from 260 to 210.
Every time I've ever wanted to have accelerated fat loss, I've used a keto diet. Currently on one now, I've gone from 187lbs to 169, got another 14 to go to reach goal but I feel comfortable with cutting this way compared to simply calories in/calories out. That said, this is pretty true. My lifts tend to be unaffected, but my cardio suffers often. I usually have to turn down my runs a bit in speed, and for less time. I feel more alert in my daily life, but it comes at the cost of tiring quickly.
However, I do have some days where I have unexplained stamina for cardio. I have pretty consistent macros and diet so honestly I have no idea what the cause is. If anyone more familiar could explain and maybe recommend how to keep that up, it would be appreciated.
Heh. Carbs. Never eat them myself. How, you ask? Two words: mental discipline and toughness.
Carbs, such as seed oils, are responsible for insulin spikes which cause obesity. Heh, bet you thought it was calories.
The ancient greeks thought carbs, like corn syrup, were food for slaves.
It's too bad you all fall for the grain industry's emotional propaganda. The truth is, eating meat is badass, and masculine. You should try it some time.
Butterbean?
Nice try. Did you know that hormones, like testosterone, are derived from a form of cholesterol, which is a type of fat?
Diets with no fat will tank your test. The more fat you eat, the higher your test.
