I don't have any pics like that. They're not as "blocky" and defined as pic related, but I'm also relatively lazy about isolating and training my core. Just good genetics, lighting, low bf%, and angles in my pic up there.

I run a small little studio gym so fitness is technically my career, but I've never really considered competing. Doesn't really interest me to be completely honest. If I were to ever do it, it'd solely be for prestige/marketing for my business. My legs are definitely lagging behind anyway, though.

I'd need to know more to make a decent guess. Mainly a better picture and how long they've been lifting. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt since I'm natty but get the occasional steroid accusation (unless it's just blatantly obvious they're on gear).

I take it that picture is soft no pump? With those numbers and that bodyfat% you should look great with a pump. Practice posing might boost ego and actually aids a bit in the muscle growth and mind muscle connection.

You can probably still pull it off. Even if you don't get as big, any man can achieve ottermode. At your age you should get your testosterone levels checked and consider TRT if you fall outside the normal range.

no way man don't lose hope. It'll be harder due to hormones and whatnot, but with your nutrition in line and lifting 3-4 days a week (don't waste time on machines, just stick to barbell dumbell and bodyweight) and cardio at least 2 or 3 times a week you could achieve something similarly aesthetic in less than a year assuming your body is "normal". godspeed boomer

Good genetics and low bf%. I'm lazy as hell about training core though, I'll probably change that around soon enough. Normally I'll just superset ab wheel with hanging leg raises if I do do anything.

It depends. Some people can, some can't, I can't make any progress on maintenance only when I have a surplus I actually start making progress on my lifts. Don't be scared of fat, just set yourself a goal to workout for the next 3 years stay mostly in a surplus and cut when you get a bit too fat and then do a huge cut to get shredded after those 3 years no point in trying to be lean before anyways since you'll look like shit trust me I've been there.

Progress is can mean anything. Lifts or your weight going up, muscle definition, losing weight, etc.
