My lifts aren't any more than you'd expect for a summers worth of SS, which I understand is entirely for strength and not body mass, but I spent a long time screwing around in the gym before that with no results and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm legitimately just a genetic dead end.

Probably a year and a half but the first year was just generic brocurls and bench because I didn't even really understand what I wanted or how to get there. Outside of lifting my job is pretty sedentary but I live in the boonies so I spend a lot of my time at home splitting firewood and hauling stuff around our property, so lifting certainly isn't the only thing I do.
You realize the majority of dudes just do curls and bench, and get big off it?

Greater than 100g of protein a day, my neighbor raises chickens and likes my family so I get infinite fresh eggs. Other than that, I've been getting around 4000 cals a day as clean as I can, keeping carbs low. Lots of milk, cottage cheese, potatoes, etc.
Frankly I'd be satisfied with that at this point. This is 100% a matter of vanity, and I'm only asking fit because as of a month ago I can do muscle ups (I know it's less of an achievement when you weigh nothing) and the other day a guy I work with told me that I should try working out, at which point I realized I was still a very hungry skeleton.

Well if that's your goal. I'm pic related (no pump no flexing/I've tried to mimic your stance). I'm 165ish and 6'3.
That's basically my goal. Even if I cut the excess fat off of my body, I'd still be a far cry from that, so the pretty severe difference between us I assume is a matter of your weight being muscle and mine being fat. Would you recommend bulking further and then cutting down?

Regarding this your guess is just as good as mine. I've never once done the whole bulk cut thing so I don't feel like I can advise you on that. Maybe try cutting slightly and lean bulking from there? Or just keep doing what you're doing to build the strength base. As long as you're progressing strength wise without getting fatter you should be good either way imho

Well try and see whatever works for you. Keep in mind that stuff like this does take time so you shouldn't be discouraged if you don't look great after 6 months. As long as you're progressing you should turn out just fine

6'2 I'd say 190-200 of lean muscle would look amazing 210 will probably have a lot of extra fat depending on how much cardio and how serious of a lifter

i was doing GOMAD for a while op but i'm lazy and it's too much work for my skinny nerd ass. here's my new 100% FOOLPROOF method for bulking and getting nice and THICK (remember you have to gain fat to gain muscle too :3)
i only recommend it for ultra hard gainers (you can tell if you are one because you forget to eat and don't get hungry for long periods)
step one: go do your lifting session, and lift like you mean it!
step two: shower / change clothes after lifting, well done! put your normal clothes on
step three: go to bugger king
step 4: order four, five or more burges and eat all of that shit, eat it fast so by the time it hits your stomach you have finished them all and you don't feel too full to keep going
step 5: have a protein shake at some point (i have it before i sleep)
you do this every day you lift. if you lift four times a week, your buger intake is ~20 burgs per week. i call this the american technique. i'm not american but i think the technique is some divine american inspiration. i'm BULKING harder than one of those furry force feeding fetish comics
