I’m at about a year and a half? But it wasn’t a consistent. More so like couple months on one month off even still good progress bruv

That’s good dude we all gotta start somewhere and you’re already ahead of the cucks who refuse to get up so Gj and keep up the good work sir :)

Yeah me too, I was changing routines so I have not been constant at all Until 5 months ago I have been maintaining the same routine

I've gone from completely untrained to completely novice this summer. Feels good

Meant to add this ":("

People always tell me that I have strong legs but they're barely in the low 60s. Bench hasn't been improving for the last month. How do I cope when my bench is so stagnant?

Attached: Screenshot_20190728-211921.jpg (1080x2340, 439K)

I've been going for a month, (done it before but with shit diet on/off in short bursts) doing assisted chin-ups atm biceps are throwing off my muscle balance score making it like -180

green man lower body soon

My bench has not improved for 3 years, and I can't ohp more than 100 lbs. What do?

Attached: Screenshot_20190729-002253_1.png (1750x2091, 1.12M)

Try to deload week, lower the weight up the weight, eat more protein, do other shoulder workout and stop doing ohp, do the same with chest(btw each of them is different suggestions not how to deload)

I'm colorblind so this thread is absolutely meaningless to me.

Idk what your program is, but what worked my squat and still is doing wonders is this. I work out three times a week. First off take a deload week. Whatever delaod works for you, I usually do 10-15%less weight and halve the total number of sets. After that I’d recommend choosing bench to focus on. And hit 3x10 4x4 and 3x5 throughout the week. Meaning you’ll be benching basically every time you work out. And for OHP what worked for me to hit 135x5 is not doing OHP and just doing seated dumbbell ohp and from about a month and a half of doing that I came back to OHP feeling better than ever.
I hope at least some of that made sense I’m kind of a retard

How do I let it know I'm using dumbbells

Attached: SSE.png (1088x988, 398K)

Go go go you got it brother :)

try trying.

Attached: YG.png (1396x1222, 1.77M)

Just tell it how heavy they are

Omar has a good video I’d recommend watching
youtu.be/So3xW-ulC6M

Also this video helped me improve squat. Went from about 225x5 to 265x5 in about a month or 4 weeks or so. youtu.be/So3xW-ulC6M

>i was squatting 4 times a week!
quit taking advice from people pinning user.

Uhh idk dude squatting 3 times a week has been seemingly doing wonders for me

18m 6’3 240
Been training for 9 months, OHP weak bc I used to not train front and lateral delts hard due to an old baseball injury from like 3-4 years ago. I just recently got it fixed and I’m hoping to correct the imbalance.

So untrained it didn’t even show.

complete load of shit, unless roiding/sarms/test

>tfw will never get green so above lmao 2pl in deadlift because i dont have enough weights

Help Bros, how do improve my dl with limited weights (for now), just add reps?

Attached: 131342535.jpg (1106x1012, 70K)

Use people.

bags of milk

Engage t-rex mode.

I like squatting. About 2 years training.

My bench is actual shit-tier.

Attached: SmartSelect_20190729-035224_Firefox.jpg (997x1035, 267K)

How the FUCK is this possible

I have a really high ape index (5'11, 174lb, 6'6 wingspan) and really hate pressing.

stats?

Oh and I used to be a fat fuck (260->165 at my lowest) so I'm sure that helped.

My quads/legs look decent, I guess, but I still look like a slob overall.

5'11, 174lb
Squat (low bar, sleeves, belt) 1rm 415lb with more in the tank. I should have another 20-30 in me currently. Will be retesting in a month.
Front squat I recently repped 275x5 but I don't train it much.
Dead 405x2. This has been stuck for a while. My next training program is almost exclusively bench/dead focused.
Bench 195x3 / 205x1
OHP 120 x1 (haven't trained in a year+)

I lost weight with SS5x5 (lol, I know), switched to NSuns for a while, tried Greyskull, did a 16 week comp prep program for my first competition and now my programming is done by Matt Minuth.

Are you an actual t-rex?

My arms are embarrassingly small.

Been lifting since the start of the year. I'm 5'10.

How much do you weigh

About 79kg

I present you "the skip leg day" results. (desu i had a knee injurry in the middle of the 10 conssistent months of gym)

This is how it actually looks like

And this is how it looks like without being rotated (hopefully) (it wouldn't let me delete it)

Great lats but why are you skipping on your OHP?

How do i balance out my body? Or should I keep doing what I'm doing

What your diet?

Yeah

Attached: Screenshot_20190729-063532.png (720x1440, 390K)

Hey those legs + the kingdom heart boots look like you've been living in a wheelchair, but i'm mirin the upper body not gonna lie pretty decent. Make sure to get a tan

>+ the kingdom heart boots
kek, based and darknesspilled

No sugar or bread.
Morning shake made of fruits seeds nuts milk and 2 scoops of proteins.
Lots of meat (home grown usually: chikens duks turkey rabits pork beef veal sheep lamb occasional venison and boar). And in rest normal homemade food. I probablly eat at a defficit.
I ocasionally eat sweets, icecream and pizza.
Is easy to mentain this weight but while losing it i didnt cheat at all almost.

Here is a meal. 3 egs. Salty sheep cheese. 4 palm wide pork neck

I'm not I do it 3x per week

Your training frequency is way too high, work more intensely and give yourself time to recover

I do it MWF along with bench? Should I just cut it out and take Wednesday off or at least have a light day?

Take Wednesday off

Holy shit bro you need to do some rows and bench press, what are you on starting strength?

Didn't think i was this bad, thought i looked pretty decent irl

Attached: wow.png (996x996, 374K)

>tfw lifting on a cut for two years
Fuck these love handles

Attached: Capture.png (788x956, 245K)

What app is this user? PLEASE I NEED IT

You must be cheating really really hard on chin-ups

what makes you say that?

>elite athlete
>are you on starting strength?
lmao, I row more than everyone else in this thread f a m

i wanna see a pic of ur body

what is this graph? where can i build mine? been lifting for 2 months now and i want to start tracking my progress. what can i use for that aside from paper?

alredy found out its symmetric strength, mind the autismo

No question. I can feel it in deadlifts and I'm sure it is what is holding me up. I fail at the floor on DLs, if I can get it up an inch I can lock it out. Next block of programming is a lean surplus and a shitload of heavy DL volume.

>tfw vegan

Attached: vegan.png (1112x885, 338K)

where my teal bros at.

Im about 2 months into working about again after 1+ year getting chubby and not doing shit

Attached: Capture.png (1125x902, 409K)

how can you only bench 190 but press 140?

YOU HAVE BEEN VISITED BY THE BLUEMAN OF NOVICE LIFTS
new PRs and 1/2/3/4 will come to you, but only if you reply to this post with "i'm blue da ba dee da ba di"

When you're a runner.

Attached: Screenshot_2.png (692x804, 375K)

seconding

>score 66.6

This is what you get when running ICF 2 and not benching half the time because of a labrum tear. Guess I'm going to have to run an upper lower?

Attached: Untitled.png (1194x880, 170K)

What’s your row then?
Also post physique

Fucking squats, i swear

Attached: 8000000.png (966x784, 419K)

Remember; the heaviest weight we lift are our feels.

any carbs ? rice, potatoes?

my row is in the pic. 120kg. might post pic later if the thread is still up. not that impressive

Had an impinged shoulder that fucked with my bench and was using too narrow of a grip for a while.

As carbs i eat fruits mostly. At least 1 banana each day. Ocasionally canned beans, peas and corn. And also ocasionally some cheat carbs like cakes, pizza, ice cream. Pic related.
Mainly with carbs i follow no specific rules exept from the breakfast fruits

Attached: IMG-20190728-WA0010.jpg (3264x1836, 495K)

Just post body pic fag no one believes your stats. 18 yo are dumb zoomers learning proper form and the little things takes time there is no way a retarded zoomer can achieve that in 9 months

Waiting for body pic bro, im curious

>no one believes your stats
lol youre the only one trying to call him out. no reason to doubt his progress. you sound like a jelly cunt

Just let the zoomer post his body or atleast his stats but he wont because he is a skelleton

lmao crab in a bucket. mad because when you were his age you were jacking off and playing wow all day. kys

Actually and factually accurate. As you can see I'm honest, let the zoomer post body now. If he is not lying I will accept defeat.

>210 kg squat
>142.5 kg bench
>247.5 kg deadlift
>125x3 kg pendlay row
