Hm, maybe we could add calf work on day A and curls at the end of day B. Standing calf raises 3x10-12 and BB curls 3x10-12?

this in addition to really low volume on pretty much everything
i guess it's good for beginners that don't wanna hurt themselves but meh

to fix the low volume we could up the rep ranges for the compound lifts except for the deadlifts. 3x6-8 for squats, bench press, overhead press. maybe eventually push for a 4th set

personally I'd prefer to 5x10 everything
