You can still have fast food you fuck. Immediately cutting out stuff youre addicted too (yes, Carb addiction is real) will just mean you rebound, maybe it takes a week, maybe a month, but youre much more likely to rebound if you do all this ultimatum shit.
Get an app that allows you to count your calories. Count all your calories and make an active effort to eat more protein and more vegetables. If youre new to lifting, then cut first, you will still make gains if you are new.
Maintain until you plateau, then bulk because it'll be getting cold. Cut in the spring/summer.
