Wrong. This is good advice, for a lowbar squat and for someone of normal proportions and relatively small legs. If you squat highbar and have longer legs you break roughly the same time if not knees first.

Not if its a quarter squat user. Or even just to parallel. Any monkey can hit a parallel (especially lowbar) 3pl8 within a year of starting.
