If you're going to get one, get something extravagant or meaningful. Most people get tattoos that look like shit though.

If I were to get a tattoo it'd be something that I designed and was one harmonious piece.

I have a sleeve that I hate personally. Tattoos can look good, but it's better to just not get them at all. I don't think anyone really looks substantially better with tattoos unless you have an insane artist and I think it would be very rare for someone to regret not getting a tattoo whereas studies have found that around 25-50% of people with tattoos regret them.
