I usually wait until I can cook something to eat and its usually meat + vegetables cooked in olive oil with spices

Dude... Keto doesn't magically make you lose weight. You still have to be at a caloric deficit to lose weight. Keto just accelerates fat loss while you are on a deficit.
If you haven't been on a caloric deficit, then what you've lost is pretty much just water weight from glycogen depletion. If you HAVE eaten at a deficit, just fucking stick to that deficit and do low carb to reduce water weight rebound.
I did keto for two weeks + DNP with an 1800 calorie diet. Which was a 600 cal deficit based on my TDEE, was probably a 1000 calorie deficit with DNP. For those two weeks I felt like absolute shit. Dropped the DNP after two weeks and in the next week accidentally bounced out of keto. Wasn't worth feeling like shit again moving back into ketosis.
Here is my progress. I've been maintaining a 600 cal deficit. Definitely not as cut due to regaining glycogen, but now I don't feel like complete ass trying to get out of bed and don't sit at the store for hours trying to figure out wtf to cook that isn't 800 calories per serving.

I know I do. I'm continuing to cut before winter so I can do a clean bulk with minimum fat gain.
