Because James Cameron didn't direct Battle Angel and I refuse to watch it now because I'm a faggot :D

I actually didn't tho, I skipped chest and arms tho cuz tennis elbow is a bitch :(

Does every day count as leg day if I go for a half hour run before lifting?

haven't trained legs in a year or more

Imagine being hindered by something you can cure instantly

jesus

Oh, do tell how?

Cuz I fell on my skateboard got a scrape on the knee. Then afterwards didn't clean it so now it's infected and hurts my whole leg.

I broke down twice watching that movie, made me feel so fuckin lonely.

>he fell for the skateboard squat meme

Is running fine instead of leg day?

To help my parents around the house, now that the cancer has my dad bedridden

no u must squat for juicy legs

fuck im sorry man, you can skip legs. hope your dad gets better

ok, i do squat too (80kg squats currently). but will it give me uneven leg workout? I avoid the snap machine too.

Grab a towel and roll it up thick
Grip it and mimic the motion you would go through when using this

I have to walk all day during job and boss yells at me when my legs are sore.

Did leg day yesterday
Gonna do arms, chest and back today
Tomorrow cardio, gonna run 2 miles, 10 minutes of jump rope, followed by 20 minutes of boxing.

What do I do about retarded soreness after Leg Day?

When I work I'm on my feet 12 hours a day on concrete in steel toe boots so my legs are tone af.

When I do leg day I get incredible swelling, my quads totally balloon and feel like they'll give out on any given step, and the soreness lasts for about a week. What the fuck do I do anons? I need functioning legs for my job but I hate being the "skips leg day" meme guy.

I don't have this problem with any other muscle group. Even my shoulders which one of them is kinda fucked up because when I learned how to lift the football coach taught us how to bench wrong.

massage/ rollers

Cause I had a race coming up, so I went for a 14 mile run instead of leg day.

Gonna get the obvious "sleep, water, diet" suggestions out of the way first.

But foam rolling, stretching, creatine, and getting better insoles for your boots may all help.
Used to be in a similar position. Worked at a titanium foundry, steel toed boots on concrete 10-14 hours a day.
Actually double-layered my insoles. Think I used Dr Scholl's Comfort & Energy Work Soles, then put the insoles that came with the boots over that.
Was either that, or they have one with a hard plastic arch support. Have done both, but don't remember which one I ended up sticking with

I work in a kitchen 11 hours a day, every day is leg day.

Because my right leg feels like it´s not properly atached to my pelvis and it hurts when i walk these last 3 days

I skipped fitness for 4 weeks now

I replaced it with 1.5hrs of basketball so i dont feel like i totally skipped it.

Sleep and eat more and also ibuprofen and stay off them as muchcas you can during rest periods. Maybe take some kratom once a week when its at it's worst. Your legs will adapt and you will grow accustomed to it gradually over time. You just have to suffer through it now and the drugs will make it sligjtly more tolerable.

My sleeping and eating is fine though for all my other muscles, with 48 to 72 hours I'm good even after intense workouts of my lacking shoulders.

I'll try iburprofen. What's Kratom?

Would there be lighter exercises I could do that'd help accustom my legs to actual leg workouts besides just every day bullshit? Like would lunges make me less sore than squats and leg press (Leg press i load up close to 500 lbs).

Kratom is drug ypu can get over the counter in headshops that has a mild effect on your opiate receptors and provides pain relief. Its quite safe but in the research i hope youll do, you will see lots of reports anout salmonella and overdose deaths but those are just disinformation campaigns. It is however a bit addictive so dont grow used to taking it every day.
