Last week I saw family who I fell out with at a family meal and had a good time, I was expecting them to give me shit because of our last meeting but they were all remarking on how good I was looking and how much I had changed. It feels nice having all I've worked on validated, especially by people who you thought didn't really like you.

Have been drinking smoothies made with leafy greens (cannabis leaf DUDE WEED LMAO) and a few blueberries to compliment the nutrition. Energy levels are up, skin looks better too. Idk if it's related or not but either way I'm going to keep it up. Any ideas on leaves to use when I run out of my meme leaves? I was thinking spinach or kale.

I'm skinnyfat now, My HIIT cycling, dips, and bicep curls haven't mitigated the damage too well but I dread to think what I'd look like had I avoided all exercise and just did CICO. There's not a whole lot of exercises I can do as I've had knee reconstruction & quad reconstruction on both legs. I know my progress will be slow but I also know that if I keep it up I won't be a gross piece of shit any more.

The goals are to reduce my BF% by doing 20 minutes of HIIT cycling as much as possible (5 times a week usually). I think I'll continue cutting until I'm 140lbs and then I'll weigh up my options from there. I've also found the most based place in my house to do pull ups so I'm going to be starting those too. Currently I can do 2 good ones before it goes to shit.

I've lost 10kg so far as well (from 87 to 77), and now a lot of my clothes, especially my pants, don't fit.
I fucking hate shopping, but its going to look ridiculous when I lose more weight.

Are you American? Did you go to Europe? I experienced the opposite visiting the states. Ate pretty much the same food I do at home but gained a ton of weight. They put shit into American food.

I'm Irish and I had one of these once during a layover in New York. It made me throw up quite soon after having it. I think it was because of the sodium, I really struggled with how salty US food is from restaurants when I lived there a few years back.

What's better for weight loss (in addition to the cico and if I'm already doing)?
I'm lifting 4x a week and am looking to mix in cardio. I do 2-3 heavy compound lifts and then 3-4 accessories and it takes about 1.5hr.
Should I start doing my cardio on rest days, or cut an accessory or two to get my lifting down to 1hr and do 30m of LISS

Doesn’t seem very smart. You’re straining your body to an incredible degree when you’re feeding it less than a thousand a day. If you’re a complete fat fuck and your TDEE is 3kish then you can lose 2lbs+ a week in a safe manner by eating 1800-2200 cals and not feel like death.

After years of trying diets with a little success and a lot of failing, I've learned a bit. And I work in a kitchen and I now know how to cook. Earlier this year I had a pretty decent diet, about 1800 calories per day and I lost 35 lbs in something like 3 months. Next thing ya know I'm eating pizza and ice cream again, hardly even realizing that I'm doing it, my clothes are fitting tight and I gained 15 lbs back. Well some girls at work had a random idea to do a weight loss pool and I've decided I'm coming back with a fucking vengeance, I'm gonna cut 40 to 60 lbs in 6 weeks and reach a weight I haven't been since something like 7th grade
