this is THE split. Literally everyone who's not a Jow Forums browsing autist does it. It will yield great results. If you go an extra day just do whatever you feel needs work.

Is there anything more pathetic than orbiting thots on Instagram? It’s unironic and literal cuckoldry

If you're doing any serious lifting you should probably stick to 3-4 days of lifting per week. Throw in a day or two of cardio if you must.

I tried lifting 5-6 days a week and was getting good gains at first, but started showing signs of overtraining pretty quickly.

PHAT worked for me for a while once i figured out how the progression is supposed to work

A good 5 day split is: not doing a 5 day split. Pick literally any routine that hits every muscle 3x a week and you're golden. Push/pull or upper/lower (going 6 days a week total) or a full body 3x+ a week. Frequency >>>>>>> anything else at your level

You WILL stop when the intensity cranks up from soreness

Guaranteed

ABXABA

what are the signs? I'm losing weight and started going to gym 6 days a week.

Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower/Weak Point Day

Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/Lower

>doing each muscle just one day a week

Do ppl instead.

DOMS got more intense and more frequent. Recovery slowed down. I wasn't really progressing my lifts or losing any body fat.

m8 you’re gonna burn out, quit after a few weeks and then go back to bitching about your shitty life on Jow Forums.

You don’t need intensity, you need consistency.

Not necessarily. At first I struggled to keep up but my body adapted to the volume. Maybe if you are super ripped your body would be wrecked from benching 300 pounds often.

If you're new you will probably need more rest right? Good taste in art hoe OP

>i'm gonna be a gym rat instead of making friends
well it is the easier road to take

why would you focus a whole day on just shoulders?

try this:
Chest
Legs
Back & Shoulders
Core
Arms & Shoulders

Leave the glamour muscles for the last day. Don't skip core day.

>not hitting every muscle twice a week
are you even making it brah?
do a PPL

Imagine how good her boogers probably taste

PPLxPPLx

Average 5.25 gym sessions a week.

Deadlift / Rows / Chins / Curls
Bench / OHP / Dips / Lat Raises
Squat / RDL / Back Ext / Weighted Sit-ups
