You gotta remember that those numbers are for a guarantee. Since vitamin A is fat soluble it has the ability to linger around the body so it would be possible (though significantly less likely) to get hypervitaminosis if you were eating less over a longer period, such as 100g every other day for 6 months, or even every weekend if it were over a period of several years.
