whats the most you've ever benched?
Is r9k strong?
I can barely do 5 push ups idk
at least you're honest. good for you
Like 265. But currently even weaker
But people regularly bench above 400 in my gym. Highest I've seen 485
Several 440 benchers in gym though
265 3 times is mine. that's without going regular or training often. I did that when I was drunk like 3 years ago, lol.
Your mother is the heaviest thing I've ever managed to successfully bench press.
345 lb
Right now zero because I tore my pec Kek.
pure cringe, bro. no wonder you're a virgin
Most I've ever done is 225, might've been able to do more but I was too autistic to go ask someone to spot me and find out what my max was
I haven't been to the gym in like a year though, I got lazy
fuckin gotem lmao
I cant even do bar. 35 lbs is still too much for me.
it was ages ago when i was daily lifting to lose weight and gain strength but i dont remember my max weight. used to do 5x12 of 4plates though. started going back a month back and couldnt even do 2..
At 12 I used to bench 100lbs
Now I don't have a weight set so I do dumbbells
Most I did was 245 x 3 back in highschool
>Doing 12 reps of 400 lbs
Calling bullshit
I think he means 225 but wrote it retarded like 4 plates
yeah sorry i havent been to the gym in ages and dont know the lingo i meant 2 plates of 45lbs on each side
340-360 machine though.
No you didn't. Your joke was extremely lame.
Like 210-215 max. I'm like 6'4'' and 190, so no actual good excuse on my end for sucking so much. I've been trying to improve for years, ad have gotten no better. Honestly, I'm tempted to just give up at this point.
>trying
Maybe you should plan for it.
At those stats you could just eat more and try to bench more reps /sets/weight and increase. I dont think u eat enough desu
60 kgs when I was 16 or so. I was in much better shape last year tho, would've like to have tried benching more than that, I'm sure I could've easily have benched 80.
I can probably bench 65-70 today. I'll find a gym and try seeing how much I can lift. I also wanna find out how much I can dead lift. I've picked up some pretty heavy objects so I'm curious.
270 in hs. Haven't tried since
Well if you weigh 400 lbs that's pretty strong
I'm currently doing 225 for five reps or so, just trying to maintain strength while my shoulder heals so I can try going heavier again
I bench 115% of my body weight.
405 5x5. 6'1, was 330, now 285 after getting my cardio to an hour 3x a week. Didn't maintain it, though, and am back down at 315 5x5 currently.
>losing over 100lbs in 1rm
>5x5
Never did 1rm. Too solitary to ever have a spotter, let alone two.
regardless, was too much stress on my shoulders and I don't want to have to do the support workouts so I really don't mind.
