Rate my daily eating routine.

Breakfast:
-3 scrambled eggs
-oats with skim milk, microwaved
-green tea with half a lemon squished

Lunch (post workout):
-200g of chicken breast
-rice
-a salad
-a whole cup of diet yoghurt (a total of 35g of protein)

Evening:
-spaghetti with tuna
-a protein shake

Also, throughout the day i'm eating some fruits and almonds
Just trying to build lean muscle while simultaneously trying to cut down

POST WORKOUT LUNCH:
- SHAKE: 1 scoop + 4 tablespoons of almond butter + 1 cup of whole milk

DINNER:
-12 chicken drumsticks and spinach
