Take small step at first. To change an habit, it take approximately 21 day. So i suggest you to go outside and go to your local gym and just start a small routine, or even do cardio, for about 30 min.
During those 3 week, start to increase the time of your workout a little bit each time. and once it start to become a habit, that's where you start weight lifting.
Always remember, even i don't want to go to the gym everyday. But i go there even when i don't want to go. It only take discipline to achieved great result. Not motivation.
