I was 200lbs at 6’3” when i was 16 and i cut out nearly all fat, no fatty meats, stopped cooking in oil, boiled/grilled everything and went down to 145lbs in less than 4 months
Still ate tons of bread, potatos, vegetables, chicken, turkey, fish etc

Fat is retarded, gay, and tastes like shit, ketards

Meat and dairy industries have invested a lot of money into promoting fake science and fake news, and what you're seeing is the result of that effort. The science hasn't changed in decades.

So i decided that i gotta break myself down to the bare minimum and then build myself up

Damn I'm 6'2" and have cut from 200 to 185. I think another 40lbs would be insane. Although I also have a decent base of muscle having lifted for a couple of years

I cut, and i committed to that cut, i cut so hard i could see my collarbones and my pelvis
But when i started bulking i could make sure nearly all the weight i put on was pure muscle
I took 5 years but now i’m up to 165-170lbs, barely any fat gained.
By the time i’m 25-26 i’ll be 200lbs again, only this time it will be pure muscle

because people are fat asses who eat way too much refined sugar/soda etc. Telling them "hurr durr carbs is bad" is the simplest way to teach them to stop eating like total shit.

if you try to tell a normie the importance of carbs/glycogen, fiber, etc. their eyes glaze over and they go eat some chocolate cake.

If I eat meat I get satisfied for the entire day. I like eating meat.
But if I eat non-meat things, I don't get satisfied at all. Same as fast food. I don't enjoy eating fast food, but if I prepare my own food, I get satisfied, I enjoy it way more.
I can prepare it for one hour and it will be far better for me to have taken the time to do it from scratch.

I lost 70kg with keto, but I don't advocate for it. It is just calories in and calories out at the end of the day.

Don't know much about keto but you sound like you were on your way to rabbit starvation. You're lucky you got to your goal before really fucking yourself up.

The answer has to do with genetics and race. Eskimos for example eat nothing but meat yet are extremely healthy. That's because their ancestors have been following that diet for hundreds even thousands of generations. There's no vegetables or fruits in the arctic wastes.

Same goes for northern europeans like scandanavians, irish, scottish, etc. Basically most of the white subtypes. Our ancestors evolved eating mostly fat and protein and very little carbs because of what was available due to the climate of the area. Maybe just some fruits and vegetables occasionaly during warmer months.

So keto isn't for every single human being but some people so get a lot of benefit because genetically they're suited for that type of diet. And some don't. Just because you don't like it and other diets work for YOU doesn't mean it's suited for everyone.

Grains are literally for famines, it's that gruel or pooridge isn't going to be sought after when there's anything else.

You're wrong anyway, since all Europeans have high-carb genetics (actually more so than Asians if you consider that Europeans have the lowest genetic risk for diabetes). Also Inuit are extremely unhealthy. And they're not even in ketosis because they eat fresh-caught meat and liver that is rich in glycogen.
