alright Jow Forums, unflattering top cuz I want to encourage myself to look good in it
I am having my bones scanned in 6 months, having gotten on the meds I need to get my joints swole. (Started off near osteoposis.) So I want to do a bunch of resistance exercise before then.
Main aims besides hench bones: -Lose the belly by next summer -Thighs strong enough to crush a man
This is week #1 hitting the gym. I have only doing walks, swimming and S&M for exercise for...a while.
I've literally never weight lifted before, and so far I'm loving it. Also on 2-3 hours cardio (which I know I can't sustain, but is fun for now.) Hoping the hill settings on treadmills are good for both.
Realistically I'll be able to manage about 5 sessions a week, but I'm aiming for 6 over the summer.
My concerns are: -shoulders getting bigger and ogreish -Boob shrinkage, duh (D cup, happy to go down to C if my belly shrinks a bunch too)
Any advice beyond the sticky welcomed, Or if people at undesirable starting points also wanna share their self-encouragement photos, feel free.

Women will not get “bulky” without roids. So shoulders getting “ogre-ish” is an unfounded fear. 2-3 hour of cardio is too much, if you can maintain it now or now. You gotta watch your cortisol or you won’t lose shit.

Are you an archeaologist? Because I have a large bone that needs examining.
Hunter Myers
Are you biologically a man or a woman? Because I have different answers about your shoulders depending on your answer. If you’re a woman then your shoulder will just get awesome and sexy not bulky. If you’re a man, then even after hormones etc the bone structure will make them get bulky.
Lifting is good for anyone though, it will make anyone look better, it pulls everything where it’s “supposed to be” on the body.

Preferred Liam Rosen to Harsh, both were better than Physiqqonomics.
Sometimes my fears are irrational. Ty for the cortisol tip, I know that can cause visceral fat storage:
>think picture is an ugly fat woman >aroused >find out its actually a man >disgusted, throw up in my mouth a little, dick shrinks back inside my body while physically hurting, close the thread in shame Wtf. Why am I turned on by the idea of ugly women. Shouldnt they be as unattractive as men? Have my standards dropped this low or is it just some fetish kind of shit?
