In 2017 I starved myself for just over a month and lost nearly 40 pounds. Then I went through refeeding syndrome, it's no joke, I could hardly walk and had a pounding headache for days. Then for almost all of 2018 I had extreme hunger and was eating up to 10,000 calories a day and somehow not gaining much weight despite the huge intake.
Now in 2019 I'm eating 3,000 calories a day and feel much better, the crazy hunger has mostly gone but I'm still tired every day and can't exercise. What sort of workout routine would you recommend given this history and the fact that I literally get totally worn out after almost nothing. I'm 5 7'' and 130 lb, skinny skeleton type build.
Dr. user here, both pics should be the left pic. Also please photoshop in a cell phone with a lawyer on quickdial

dont worry my first call is to the medical board you fucking quack

Any other symptoms other than fatigue? Hairloss, decreased libido, etc...

>starved myself for just over a month and lost nearly 40 pounds how'd ya do it, user? i really wanna lose 30 lbs asap. i'm currently at 130 and i'm 5'5. the most i could do was a 6 day water fast and lost 15 lbs but it was mostly water weight :/

That's why once my investments are big enough I'm quitting and never looking back. You think it's bad for you now, imagine how bad it'll be when you have nothing but literal quacks to help you. Remember, this is your fault, you did this.

I had full blown total limp dick no libido hypogonadism for 12 months after but that has resolved itself now. No hair loss. I just feel exhausted all the time, like my muscles aren't getting enough energy or oxygen or something.
Literally just stopped eating. Wasn't even difficult, but now I can't go 5 hours without feeling hungry and having a panic attack about feeling awful again. It really fucked me up. I do not recommend it

Whatever dood, I can google stuff up from my test results and know more about my doctor on any specific issue.
wtf, i also lost a bunch of weight in 2017 (extreme restriction), became underweight, then regained it. I'm 5 foot 8 and 134 lb right now so pretty much the same, thin but not underweight.
John Ward
>mfw I see OP's image.
Even worse:
>OK, so patient is everything good? Are there any issues? Does anything hurt, feel nauseous, "off", etc.? >"No, everything is OK. I'm good right now. Thank you so much." >Awesome. >*MD checks pt* >*pt proceeds to complain about problems RN didn't resolve to MD like they've never been assessed.* >
your goal is not maintainable. at that BMI, you're gonna be depressed/anxious, have poor focus/memory, no sex drive, and be utterly obsessed with food. you'll either die or binge like crazy and gain the weight back. i wouldn't lose more than 15 lb from where you currently are.
Evan Wilson
>you're gonna be depressed/anxious, have poor focus/memory, no sex drive, and be utterly obsessed with food huh, but i already feel that way.
Benjamin Gray
...And you genuinely believe that, too. Well, have fun, for your sake I at least hope the end is funny.
Gavin King
Most people are better doctors than actual doctors because they are motivated to diagnose and treat themselves properly whereas the doctor is only motivated by his paycheck. 1 hour of Google search makes anyone more of an expect in a subject that Mr I went to medical school 30 years ago and can't remember anything I learned there
Jace Wilson
I can't convince u if you've made your mind up. if you're dead set on losing weight, just do it in a way that won't fuck up your health and your relationship with food. Being at a 16.6 BMI would do that, fyi
Nicholas Roberts

Well, whatever, you think Dr. Google is enough, why would I stand between you and what you think is best for yourself?
Evan Sanchez
Doctors are jack of all trades, master of none. It is impossible to be an expert on everything.
Ethan Russell
would extreme caloric restriction + cardio be better than starvation?
Michael Roberts
Good luck performing surgery on yourself using Google lmao
Jaxon Price
That's what robots are for
Nathaniel Adams
What robots? By the time robots are going to be used to perform surgeries you’re going to be long dead
Brandon Harris
It's pretty funny to talk to doctors and surgeons alike after reading your own report, and coming with suggestion and having those suggested actions get implemented, or stumping them with basic nerve and muscle queries that you'd learn in at most high school level biology.
> what is a specialist also even an internal medicine/family medicine doctor is still "jack of all medicine," whereas you are "jack of all object oriented PHP development" and occasionally dabbling in medicine
Gavin Torres
Right

>doc rounds >pt remembers the thing you fucking told them to ask about after doc leaves >end up paging about some dumb shit like bengay or fixodent
Every. Time.

>be britbong >try to book a doctors appointment with my GP >secretary asks me the reason for wanting to see doctor, tries to book me an appointment with nurse and some weird meme roles that will be of no help >wants me to disclose medical information in a public place and is really reluctant to let me see a doctor What the fuck lads? I used to be able to see them without any issue. What's been said in the NHS to make them do this? What meme disease can I say to the secretary so I get an appointment?
