I got a head injury from work and I'm not allowed to work out for another week. Fucking kill me robots, I've been working out since November and already dropped 40 pounds of fat. Diet is super healthy too.

I recommend working out at home tho. Push ups, squats, burpees, pull ups. No equipment needed.
Bought a weight set last month and a olympic bench set up this one for squats and other lifts. Lifting is a lot easier when you can just go to your backyard on a whim and crank a few reps out.

The problem with "at home" excercises is that since you can't increase the weight, you have to increase the reps. I have to do 100 pushups at a time to feel a burn
