I’m wondering what’s the best core workout program. I’m also curious about the ideal frequency of training for it. It’s the only part of my body that’s been lagging behind because I only engage it with compound exercises like Squats.

hell yeah another thinly veiled black girl thread. for real though, just superset a combo of various exercises for as long as you can stand to, eg amrap ab rollouts into 1 min situps into 1 min russian twists and repeat a couple times like 3x a week

3/4 of all white women have the exact same face, this thread alone proves black women have great faces and i dont think iq plays much of a factor into attractiveness as long as they arent brain dead

I can't stand most women, the vast majority of them are brain dead, so if I'm picking a lifetime partner I want one that I can tolerate. I suppose when it comes to looks, everyone has different tastes, but whites certainly have more variety. In addition to differences that all people have (face shape, eye shape, nose size, etc), whites can have freckles, several colors of eyes, and several colors of hair. Perhaps if you're from europe you only see a certain range of hair/eye colors, but in muttmerica we have most of them. Or perhaps you have a black fetish because they're rare in your area, but growing up in Houston I can tell you that the vast majority of them are overweight and disgusting. I can count the number of black women with good looking faces I've seen IRL on my hands, and that's saying something. They do have the best bodies though (when they're not overweight), even a lot of the black guys have nice asses.

Train it every day. Do exercises targeting lower abs, obliques, mid/upper abs in that order, and try to do the most difficult exercises you can (to keep it interesting). e.g. hanging leg raises, hanging windshield wipers, hollow dish hold, standing rollouts are all good intermediate core exercises. If you can't do them, do variations that make it easier, e.g. kneeling rollouts and lying leg raises. If they are too easy, try either upping the reps/time, or doing harder exercises, such as dragon flags or weighted hollow dish holds.
Your core workouts don't need to be long. 5-10 minutes is usually a good aim, but if you're not feeling it, one day, you can go less, and if you're really feeling it, you can go longer.
