I've considered hopping on test, but my BF% might be too high for a proper cycle. Just keep natty bulking? How much should I bulk? Should I even be bulking?

Cut to 10%, Bulk to 14% how is this not common knowledge?

Do I even have enough muscle to cut to? I want my lifts better too, I've only just hit 1 and 2 of the 1/2/3/4.

My other concern is I might not have worked out my abs enough to cut to them. Started around 130 and wish I didn't neglect them.

I was 117 pounds at my smallest, I'm always hesitant to cut because I don't want to be a small person again. If I'm cutting to 10% at my height I'll probably be pretty small.

I'd rather be 200+ at 16% than 175 at 10%

I'm familiar with all the lifts since I used to go regularly but haven't been in 2+ years due to injuries and surgeries and have fallen out of shape since.

Wouldn't test help me escape ottermode or at least be an improved ottermode?

Also, right now you should focus on lifting and not consuming excess calories. I typically eat between 2-3k daily. See how much, and what you are eating, adjust it to a healthy level for your height, and revealute after a few months.

yeah but ideally you should start considering roids only once you get somewhat near your natural limit. despite all the memes on this autistic board, there are serious side effects of taking even just test. i would advise that you work out seriously for at least a couple years and do a lot of research on roids during that time. then re-evaluate at that point if the extra pounds of muscle is worth the risk. i personally would say unless youre going to compete or be a male model, it isnt worth it, but to each their own

Cut while lifting weights. You will still put on muscle while dropping fat because you have practically zero muscle. When you’re two months in and hit 145ish maybe think about bulking.

Few people in cbt said I should start bulking but I’m don’t know if I want to yet. I’ve just been eating around maintenance the past month unsure of what to do next. Been lifting almost four months.

I lift 6 days a week with bench twice a week, but my bench is really fucking weak, don't do push ups but I'll try to fit them in somewhere too.

I was thinking about cutting more but I feel so small already. I started at a little over 185 and cut for three months. I also stalled on all lifts so I switched to maintenance and they started going up again. Idk what’s up with my stomach there, I think I was doing squats or something which made my stomach all red.

Looks like your diet is out of wack and you're bulking too fast. Eat more protein, lift more, and cut. Then reevalate and do your bulk again. Just make sure you do your bulk right. You don't want to be growing tits, you'll regret it later.

Right now it looks like you're not putting on much muscle and you're just getting fat. You're probably like 30% body fat right now.

yeah on my first month i just ate literally everything cause i wanna get bigger. i did get sliightly bigger and had some muscles mind you. like now i see traps and my arms are a bit toned. and my legs too.

i gained 8lbs after that month so yeah i think i did. so im starting to slow down with eating and just eating healthy shit. but honestly i still feel small like my proportions are like a womans body with skinny long legs and small torso

You shouldn’t cut or bulk you should lift consistently for 6 months while eating at maintenance and body recomp while you make noob gains then decide where to go from there.

At my smallest I was 117. Started bulking but didn't start lifting with my bulk until I hit 135. Bulked to 230, cut to 190, and here I am. Unfortunately I never really trained abs when I bulked 100+ pounds.

Doesn't matter. If you bulk you'll just get fatter. Lean out first and reevaluate. It's not a race.

Okay I thought you were a skinny fat noob in that case keep cutting you put on 20 lbs of fat with no muscle before you started lifting. I’d go till 180 (after you’re eating at maintenance and have replenished glycogen). Do daily ab training and don’t over train your transverse abdominus compared to rectus. If you cut right you shouldn’t loose much muscle and will probably gain muscle on your abs.

180 at 6'5 is fucking tiny. I'd rather have a small amount of body fat than be a skelly again.

If you're 160lbs then you're lying about your height. I'm 5'8 and about the same bodyfat and I'm 185lbs. I'm bigger than you but not 25lbs of muscle bigger. My guess is you're 5'5 tops unless you're lying about your weight you should be at least 170lbs at 5'8
