I'm 186cm(6'1'') and 55kg(121lbs) skeleton. Been trying to eat a lot of carbs and proteins while doing some casual exercises (not in gym) for couple of months, but haven't gained a single kilogram. Even tried eating fats, didn't help. I don't even wanna go super-buffed, just want to be healthy. So if anybody ever had such problem, I'd happily accept any suggestions.

Yeah, I am both young and stupid, sorry. I tried to eat 2700cals. Do jogging, pull-ups, pushups almost daily. And fuck, I do have horrible farts, stomach don't hurt however. Many thanks, user

do you drink a gallon of milk everyday? milk has 87% water according to google, so its good for hydration. But drinking that much milk isnt sustainable in my opinion. water is a lot easier to put down and isnt as sparse. You should be eating a lot of peanut butter aswell - mixes great w choco milk.

I meal prepped using this website and worked out 3 times a week or more and I saw noticeable results. You don't a premium account, but it helps making a free one and writing down your recipes and what to buy. Wish I would have stuck to it but life got in the way.

Cardio won't help much with weight gain. The horrible farts part is only relevant if there's been a noticeable change.
Also protein make you feel fuller faster. Your body uses more protein when it sleeps so have a shake before going to bed. Prefer slower carbs before going to bed as well since metabolism is slower when you sleep it'll help you gain weight. Pasta is good and cheap, goes down easily. Always throw in a bit of butter in everything you cook, don't care if it's meat, pasta, rice or broccoli. Use mayo if butter is too expensive.
Have pasta a lot more often actually, like as a snack.
Calories heavy food is what you want to gain weight, so muesli, pasta, rice, whole milk, honey, peanut butter, dried sausage, butter, mayo, chocolate, whole milk; anything with over 400 calories/g is your friend. Beans are OK too but don't overdo it because they're not all that healthy either.
Get enough vegs/fruits as well, like a banana every morning for breakfast, broccoli soup (anything you can boil and then blend into a soup like in this is good youtube.com
Another thing you can do: egg muffins. Get a muffin tray, some cheese, some ham, anything else. Take the eggs, mix in salt and pepper, put some ham at the bottom of the tray, some cheese as well, pour in the egg mixutre, put in oven and eat at convenience. Makes for a good snack and/or breakfast.
So yeah, learn to cook and buy food. Throw away your microwave and get a mini oven if you don't have one.
Sliced bread is also good when you're so lazy you can't even bring yourself to cook pasta/rice. Do NOT skip carbs.

Soda is mostly water. Vinegar is mostly water. Vodka is mostly water.
Doesn't make them a good choice for hydratation. Even water is shit since it doesn't have enough electrolytes.
Also take into consideration the strain it'll put on a skelly's bowels, he'll end up only having milk and not being able to eat anything else. The GOMAD diet was designed for healthy individuals.

"a lot" is not a real measurement of anything you fucking retard, count your cals. If it's less than 3000-4000 you're probably not going to gain anything at 6'1". you probably don't even eat 2000 a day.
